I'm living in Malaysia and i might not have the access to the bulbs you mentioned.
However i found "Scangrip MULTIMATCH" online, this worklight is specially designed for paint correction but they are expensive.

Technical Specifications:
Ultra high CRI COB LED
95 CRI
4500 KELVIN
3500/1400 lux (step 1/step 2)
2000/600 lumens (step 1/step 2)

What do you think about this light? Would this worth the money?

Very familiar with the scan grip lights. They look like quality products, the only thing I don't like is that the light output is very broad, so they are more light flood lights rather than spot lights. You can find some reviews of them on the DI Ask A Pro
blog too. Many people really like them
 
Not sure if it has been mentioned but Costco had Feit electric PAR38 LED dimmable lights for $16. 5 year warrenty

only 950 lum. though
did not see temp though, so it may not be daylight, im assuming soft white

Since all of you people bought the Lowe's bulbs and drove them away from every store ;) I've had to seek replacements for a couple new lights I am building...

I just bought this 4 pack of Par38 LEDs from Amazon... $47 ($11.75/bulb)... 5000k daylight color temp... 1280 lumen @ 40 degree angle (compared to 1400 lumen at 38 degree output angle of the original bulbs I used, so very similar and much cheaper).

They just arrived today, and I will experiment with them over the coming weeks and post my feedback.

Just search on Amazon for photography light stand... Plenty of options for cheap similar stands

I just got all my parts from Amazon today, best work light ever!

I have both LED and Halogen lights to use when performing paint corrections.
I find the halogen lights are better.
When using my LED lights I often have to move my stand around keeping it near me while as the halogen lights can be setup at one end of the car allowing me to see all defects easily without having to move it as often.

I love my LED lights when detailing the inside of the cars , doesn't get hot as the halogen lights, it really shows everything making it easier to get it done right the first time, saves time when its time for inspection.
 
The LEDs excel at showing defects. Halogen work lights do not make it easy to see fine marring, while the LED does a much better job and highlighting it.

The light is very portable, so moving it shouldn't be a chore of that so what is required for you to produce the best results while correcting paint.
