Hi, Im new to the forum and professional detailing products. I tried searching the forum and couldn't figure out where to post this so im sorry if this is the wrong place. I have always enjoyed cleaning mine and my families cars but never got into paint correction. I have always felt like I do a better job cleaning up cars than alot of my friends and people I see at the car meets.
Recently I have really been thinking about trying to detail for money. I am hoping it turns out really well because I would like to start up a legitimate detailing business.
So, the reason I am here is to get everyones opinions on my first major purchase for my mobile detailing start up. I have been doing my research for the past week and a half now and i think i have a pretty decent list. I will also be purchasing a PC 7424xp. If anyone has any tips or tricks they would like to throw in I would greatly appreciate it.
Meguiars:
•D120 Glass Cleaner
•D108 Super Degreaser
•D101 A.P.C.
•D155 Last Touch
•D143 Non Acid Wheel Cleaner
•D151 Paint Recoditioning Cream
•M105
•M205
Chemical Guy
•V.R.P. Super Shine (Gallon for tires, interior and exterior plastic)
•EZ Creme Glaze
•Pete's '53
•Black On Black
•V32, V34, V36 and V38 4oz samples (To see if I like them since I will be working in the sun when compounding and polishing. Im not sure how the m105/M205 combo works in those conditions)
•Citrus Wash and Gloss (Gallon)
•Microfiber Wash
Others:
•Collinite Liquid Insulater Wax #845 (2 16oz Bottles)
•Duragloss AquaWax #952 ( Is this necessary? Then use 155 on top?)
•Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze
•PC 7424xp
Misc:
•Tire Cleaning Brush
•Grit Guards (2)
•Long handled Flagged tip Wheel/Undercarriage Brush
•5 Gallon Buckets (2)
Please let me know what you guys/gals think. Wheather I should change or add something. Any and all replies will be helpful
Thanks in advance!
