So I did a detail today where i removed some pretty bad water spots. The customer has no choice but to park his car next to the sprinkler that caused the water spots in the first place. Hes moving in the next 2 weeks so he wants to know how to maintain the finish until then to prevent the water spots. I applied 2 coats of 845 to protect it but this water is so hard I dont think it will matter if its sprayed by the sprinklers every day and then spend the rest of the day under the Nevada sun.
My question is this. What would be better for him to use to spray the car down with and wipe after the sprinklers? Quick detailer or a spray wax? Hes not the most detailed inclined person so I think the QD will be a little more user friendly but i feel if he uses it every day it might remove the 845. What do you guys think?
