2013 Kia Sportage in Black - Correction + Black Label Coatings

So Tato,

You can get Smartwax products in Brazil but not Chemical Guys? That seems really weird as they are essentially the same company.

I ordered a rather large quantity of merchandise from CG about a year and a half ago and they sent a free sample of smartwax with the order. Wonder why they've decided on this particular practice of offering one but not the other for your market.

you do great work, what a turn around. that looks better than new

Thanks for your comments, I'm also watching your work here and you are doing great my friend!

Dear, I've ordered the product locally. The Smartwax line entered the local market some months ago, but I also noticed (after my complaints you may know) CG products availability locally increased a lot.

Internationally, nothing changed. Neither AG or CG will ship it to me.

Ok?

Thanks for commenting.

Dear Tony, aka cardaddy. Black Cherry denomination makes a lot of sense. I also liked your comparison to solid black color, it's very true and precise.

Solid black is beautiful when well maintained, and I believe they tried to reproduce the solid effect over this cherry background. IMO, it was a very successful attempt.

Thanks for sharing your opinion,

Kind Regards.

Rafael,

Here's a shot of my daughter removing her wheels from the KIA we did.

NOTE: Her hubby has yet to touch it in any way "detailing". He didn't even show up that day.... and she worked on it for 11 hours!

Still need to do a thread on it. Maybe tomorrow or this weekend.

Hey Rafael! :)

After sending that photo from my phone app, I got around to uploading more to my library tonight. Here's a teaser (or two). Note severe DISO and RIDS on a vehicle with less than 100 miles on it!

DRIVERS DOOR

TOP OF THE HOOD, BELOW WINDSHIELD - IN FRONT OF THE DRIVER

And just a little "after shot". Im the MAN

Looking great mate, thanks for sharing. It's the same paint!, and maybe the same person scratched the hood at the same place!

Best Wishes.

Yeah and that hood scratch was the small one.

There was one below thst one that was a good 14"~16" long!!!! Actually wet sanded that one with 3000 to get it (mostly) out! :( (Could have used 2000 but its a DD and they don't have a garage where they live now, so it didn't make sense to go for total 100% correction.
