Great! We'll be at the Dragon Pitt Inn on Thursday Oct 9th by dinner time. Once there we'll unpack, wash the cars (atleast I will) and then get some BBQ from there and relax!

I've only had the BBQ but I need to try the burgers it sounds like! I don't ever want any rain but I know this, if we get some I'm heading to his covered area to hang out and enjoy some TV and food until it blows over, love Dennis' set up there!

58 days to go!

I know I'll be adding another coat of DGNCC and some Collinite #476 to all glass and wheels for sure. My 2 buckets and 2 gallon pump sprayer will also be making the trip, this run really gets your car dirty, especially the wheels but then again, how could it not!

9 is a good amount, not hard to manage at all. Our group is going out the 2nd weekend in October, great time of the year!

Are you staying at the Dragon Pitt Inn? What do you drive?

Well you know what kind of car I have, my name is Roger. My best friend Derek is going as well, he's been out with us twice in the past 5 years, he has a 2010 Mazdaspeed 3 with intake and exhaust. The other guy going name is Jim, he has a modded 88 Fiero but if that can't make it out he's got a Toyota X-Runner w/ a 5 spd and mods, he's been out with us 4 times in the past 5 years.

The rest of the group is staying at some big house near the Devil's Triangle, so not sure how much of them we'll actually see, there's also 2 guys from FLA staying down the street from them too, so we'll have a small, easy to manage group staying at TDPI. I should also tell you that Derek and Jim aren't "clowns" out there either, no "hot shot boys" staying with us. I didn't include myself in there because I have a dual personality out there, I'm Dr. Jekyl on the Skyway and Moonshiners and Mr. Hyde on the Dragon, especially now that I've got a quick car. Everyone is Dr. Jekyl on the Devil's Triangle, LOL!

I've been going every year since 2003 and have taken a mix of cars out there, from a 2000 Contour SVT, modded, 2005 Crossfire 6 spd, 2007 MINI Cooper S, modded, 2010 Honda Fit sport, slightly modded, 2011 CR-Z, slightly modded and now the Abarth...pretty modded! I really enjoy and look forward to this run every year and plan on going out there every year for the rest of my life, God willing ofcoarse!!

Llooking forward to getting to know you over the next 50 days, I think that's about how long we've got!

Glad you liked it so much Hell, I take you did it in the Beemer? If so, I bet that X-drive did well on the Skyway with those turns that never seem to end, I'm sure you know what I mean! Did you happen to take route 28 right next to Deal's Gap?

What I like about AG'ers making our run is this, there's a wide variety of cars out there, its exactly what our run is like, the variety of cars. We've got a guy from FLA that's been running with us for years with many different cars taken over the years but this year he's gone over the top! He's built a poor mans Ariel Atom and that is a kit that uses the chassis of a Miata with a skeleton over the top of it, should be awesome to see that thing out there. A base Miata is one of the best cars to take out there, hands down, so I can only imagine what happens when you take the body off of it, LOL!

The one thing that is different about the AG'ers making it out to our run is that fact that I will not be the only one out there in the morning doing a rinseless wash, LOL! Hope to see more AG'ers out there, hopefully next year we can really get this run going with our forum here, its a great time and even better way to put a name with a face:dblthumb2:

BTW Hell, any pics you'd like to share? Did you go with a Beemer group?
