Please clarify the correct amount to be using... I have always understood to apply 1-2 sprays per panel, not soak it??

Thank you for all of your responses. I tried Reload on my dark silver DD over the weekend and it worked great. That car is coated with Cquartz. I also used it on the wheels which have no coatings or wax, and it worked great on those too. It has to be the WDGPS that it isn't compatible with. No problem I'll use the stuff on my DD and wheels from now on.

Avi, was this with the 2013 Reload? You clearly stated with the new formula that "less is more" is not good.

the main problem with streaking is on dark or black color cars
on normal car paints if you are using very small amount you wont notice any streaks , Corey say correct , if you use 2~3 sprays over the panel you need to work fast and wipe on/wipe off using 2 MF , while you use the "wet" MF you wiped on you might spread on the residues on the rest of panels, thats why its very important to use second MF for wiping off, and to flip sides between each car panel you working on.
Not soaking it no, just enough sprays that you feel can cover well the surface and not to dry too fast

Yesterday was the first time using Reload on Paint, had used it a month ago in conjunction with Cquartz'ing some new chrome wheels.
So, did the junker 2001 Kia yesterday, Washed, Clayed with Pinnacle Clay, just a one step with WG Uber Compound-White LC Pad on the PC DA, then wiped down with Eraser, applied Pinnacle GL Diamond Coating, waited about 25-30 minutes or so, and applied 2013 Reload to all coated panels.
Easy as pie, I simply applied it like I was using a Detailer Spray, not really paying too strict of attention of how much, and only used one MF Towel, flipping as I went. Did all glass as well, Eraser, then only Reload.
I did walk around the car twice with a final wipe again, no different than if I was using a Detail Spray. Absolutely no streaks anywhere.

Im still in the same boat with my VW. It is coated with DP paint coating currently. The color is deep black pearl and even diluted 1:1 with water I have a ton of buffing to do to get it streak free.

Magenta Pearl Metallic, a fairly dark color. All processes were done in the shade.
Temps were in the 90's, relatively high humidity for here, probably 70% plus. An hour after the application of Reload, we had a torrential downpour. Car was under Carport, but there is evidence that water did get on the vehicle. (Dirt)
Have not wiped the car since, but don't believe there were any detrimental effects caused by the rain. Looks like Reload did its job as claimed.
