Just wondering what everyone likes for a general interior cleaner...for door panels, dashboards, etc. I've been using Surf City Garage stuff that I've been happy with but I'm open to new things. One thing I like it for the product to clean well and have some protectant in it.

Thanks!

If you like the Surf City...stick with it and use often

Spend you cash on more interesting things like polish, pads and machines

Meg's APC here. I just picked up some optimum power clean as well.

Light cleaning: Megs Quik Interior Detailer
Medium: CG AllClean+ at 20:1
Heavy: CG AllClean+ at 10:1 (almost never needed though).

Thanks for the suggestions! I ended up going with the SCG stuff again.

Light: Optimum No Rinse @ QD or UWW+ (they just smell so gooooood!)
Medium: Zep Citrus or ONR/UWW+ with a little IPA for cleaning boost
Heavy/Spot: Optimum Power Clean (rarely used)

Are you happy with UWW on interior surfaces?
I started with Opti Clean as an exterior waterless wash because it worked so well on interior surfaces also. I've come to like UWW much better on exteriors, but I keep OOC around just for the inside. I wouldn't mind cutting down to one product if it worked both inside and out.

It works well for light cleaning and to boost UIGP but don't expect it to last very long. It will darken vinyl and leather just a touch. It will also leave surfaces a little slippery so I don't use it on steering wheels etc. I do check with people before I use it, slippery leather is a love or hate thing. If they don't want slippery, I go with ONR.

Between the price and the smell I can't see myself changing anytime soon.

Megs and Blackfire APC both work great and can be deluted so they goa long way.

Surf City Dash Away = more cleaner/less protectant

Surf City Professional Interior Quick Detailer = less cleaner/more protection.

Optimum power clean works great.

I'm a fan of 303 and I really want to try out their new multi-surface cleaner

I've never been too happy with things that clean and protect, like mentioned, they either do one or the other.

I like CG inner clean and megs quick interior detailer for light. If it's heavier, a diluted APC then follow it with inner clean. I also like matte finishes, don't like the greasy super shine.

Right now I use Automagic 777 diluted 10:1 and their vinyl cleaner with steam. Want to try some others but I got a rep in the area and I haven't ran into any problems with it so far. Since I bought my steamer everything seems to work so much better. Maybe invest in one.
