I should hear from the dealership tomorrow how the pressure test went.
From there they order the right kit. Hopefully that will take a few days.
 
Screw it, Monica. Just have them wedge a big V-8 in there. :righton::laughing:
 
Dealership called- the RS passed the pressure test with flying colors (I knew it would).
Parts SHOULD be in tomorrow morning. If all goes well I may have it back tomorrow evening, or Friday morning :dblthumb2:

Well atleast you'll have piece of mind...and fresh oil for the upcoming driving season! I know that oil is on the expensive side because of its unique weight. Can't wait to hear about this tomorrow, might wanna remind them again to NOT wash the car, doesn't hurt to be too careful!

We will see how it goes.... hopefully things get squared up tomorrow.
I actually forgot to mention the wash, but I don’t think they will be doing one.

It’s been a long day... our poor greyhound had 4 seizures this morning so we’ve been in and out of the vet all day and had to move to her an elevated care facility this evening :(

Thx guys... we will have more info this morning once the neurologist sees her.
 
Update on our greyhound:

News is not good... after she had an MRI they think she either had a brain aneurysm or has a tumor. We won't know for sure until the radiologist reads the results.
She is home for now on seizure meds and Prednisone. If it's a tumor they are only giving her 1-6 months. She will have more time if it was aneurysm but I'm not sure how much and the effects from it.

For now we are just spoiling her and giving her lots of love and attention :(

Yes, it really does. We just went through this last year with our old dog. :/

Thank you Paul... I know a lot of you on here have beautiful pets as part of your families. I know you understand.
 
On a lighter note, I got the RS back this evening.... all went well and it was a pretty quick turnaround.
It’s nice to see it in the garage again tonight :xyxthumbs:
 
Now I just need to get it cleaned up- it was snowing when I took it to the dealership, and it sat out a few days so it’s a little dirty and the interior could use a little TLC. Supposed to get to 50 tomorrow so hoping I can get to it then.
 
The time with your RS will surely be a good thing for you Monica
