REVIEW - New Megs Foam Discs!

Great reveiw!! How would you compare the cutting ability of the red pad to the typical Orange cutting pad??

I just ordered a 6-pack of the Cutting Foam Discs. Based on Wills' review, I have some high expectations for these. I will keep everyone posted on my findings.

Better cut for sure. They also seem to resist clogging up better than the typical Orange cutting pad from what ive seen so far. Compressed air will be your best friend for cleaning these or any other pads for that matter :)

Lol, well hopefully you will be thanking me and not cursing me! I'm confident in what we've seen and have faith you will also enjoy them.

a few things about these pads (used the yellow foam polishing pads)...

1. they tend to saturate quickly (clean them after every pass) so make sure to have a minimum of at least 3 to do an average size vehicle.
2. be careful removing these from the backing plate and slowly peel from inside the edge to where the velcro starts. if you rush and just pull them off, you will rip the foam and given they are thin, you have to be a little more cautious.
3. these are very low profile so they tend to spin easier with less twisting involved and work well with the DA (used them with the GG6).
4. I do like these and they are definitely top notch, but I like the B&S 5.5 flat pads a little better so far...
