Ok so I'm looking into buying a sealant to step my game up. I have multiple waxes but I need something that lasts longer.
Qualities of the sealant.
1. Try to stay around $50.00
2.Cure in 1 hour or less
3. Lasts at LEAST 5 months
4. Water beads like crazy during those 5 months
5. Good shine but doesn't have to be perfect between 7-8 out of 10
6. Can layer product.
I've was thinking jetseal but have I heard it doesn't last very long. Menzerna?Griots?Megs?Pinnacle?Collinite
?
A response by 11:30pm central time would be greatly appreciated because im trying to have it by next Monday.

You sir, need to step into the world of coatings. (Sorry, I know this isn't helpful...but someday! I think you'd love them.)

CarPro Reload is supposed to have very durable hydrophobic properties that lasts months. This is a spray sealant product. Check out their latest formula that is stocked by Autogeek. Autogeek actually has a package deal going for Cquartz UK + a small bottle of Reload for around $60. CQuartz UK is supposed to be a very hydrophobic coating, and if you're interested in diving in to the longer lasting products, that package deal might suit you around that price range

Cquartz UK Edition

And for the lower price range, Collinite 845 comes highly recommended: Collinite Liquid Insulator Wax #845, liquid wax, heat-resistant wax, car wax

Reload is not easy to apply. On darker cars it streaks if your not used to using it. I use cquartz uk for coating last around two years.

Thanks for the replies! I've been looking at coating but I have only about 6 months of detailing on my back

Looked into the thread posted and Sonus got my interest. I was thinking of the Sealant as a quick 4 hour detail so that if I get the car at lunch the customer can pic it up by the time they get out of work. I have been considering the Coatings for the higher end details/ full paint corrections.

I put a coat of Jetseal on my car in Early Nov. and it seems to be holding up well. One thing I like about Jetseal is it also works great on windows.

Yeah It seems like people have mixed experiences.

I'm really liking this cquartz looked up videos and it beads like crazy and lasts forever. Will be buying the package to try on my car once i fully polish it. In the meantime however I need something to offer to customers that offers around 6 months of protection

Power lock is a good sealent I use, It wipes on and off so easy nice shine and last for around 6 months,

Wolfgang 3.0 Sealant. Easy to apply, nice shine and lasts.

Menzerna Powerlock, it's the first sealant i've used and now the only one i grab. i have 4 bottles of other waxed and sealants collecting dust in my cabinet.

I use Four Star Ultimate Paint Protection. Easy to use, super glossy and lasts!

I'm gonna look into the power lock! Also how long is the cure time on it?

And I'm gonna have to look into the four star ultimate!
