The interior was cleaned only using Steam, Optimum No Rinse, Ultima Interior Gel and Folex.

The exterior was washed with ONR, clayed with AG aggressive bulk buy clay bar, polished with various Rupes machines, with a flat Orange Lake Country Polishing pad and Blackfire Total Polish & Seal.

I was very surprised at how well BF TPS was able to eat through the paint on the first 1-2 passes then finish out nicely to wow my customer...and myself.

BF TPNS is an underrated AIO on this board IMO. Has light cut, can be beefed up or scaled down with pad choice, and the no dust / finishing clear saves sooooo much time.

Though never gone up to orange pad - usually stick to green. How many passes were you going on each panel to achieve that? Did you have issues with product already going clear before desired result?

Honestly, all I did was watch for the oxidation to clear then made 1 more slow pass to finish everything down. The worst of it took 3-4 passes, and the lighter stuff 2 passes. I used 1 pad for the hood, 1 for the roof and trunk, then 1 pad for everything else. The sides weren't too bad, but the horizontal panels were really rough.

Love these kinds of transformations. The worse the better is my thinking. Great work and great pics.
 
Nice work man. I have that in my tool bag but haven't used it since the one time I tried it on a black car it left bad hazing. May need to look at it again for lighter colors when doing quick 1-steps. D151 with white or blue hybrids have been my go to.

I replaced D151 with BF TPS. It's easier to wipe off and is easier on trim, etc. I use HD Speed on darker vehicles, and absolutely love it.
 
Good Lord, from what I can tell, that looks like 100% correction on beat up paint with an AIO.

I totally agree. Something I really enjoy about a slightly older vehicle that is super clean.
