Guess I was having a bad day when I made this thread and was just venting. I have no intentions for this to be a rant/rave about AG. I contacted them today, but the person i needed to speak with won't be in till Monday. No big deal guys, I know they will make it right. Maybe this wasn't thread worthy but like I said guess I was having a bad day and happened to catch a mistake...

I agree 100%Pet peeve of mine when people complain before even starting the customer service process. If CS let's you down, then review, discuss, and open for comments.
The mark of a good company is how they respond to their own mistakes, not if they ever make mistakes.
