order issue

Here is my order issue: they pack the items I order to darn good! I feel as if they are playing a joke on me because I have to unwrapp and unpack the packing within the packing. I mean, geeze, why cant they just throw the stuff in the box and call it a day.

Seriously, I only order through AG, have had nothing but the best service and have never had a reason to look elsewhere for my detailing supplies. Meghan, Nick, and everyone there always take great care of me!
 
Guess I was having a bad day when I made this thread and was just venting. I have no intentions for this to be a rant/rave about AG. I contacted them today, but the person i needed to speak with won't be in till Monday. No big deal guys, I know they will make it right. Maybe this wasn't thread worthy but like I said guess I was having a bad day and happened to catch a mistake...
 
stuff happens and can be frustrating at times, though not intentional. i bought the green edgeless microfiber towels a while back and they linted (should of called but didn't) but I wasn't going to send them back and get a refund because the shipping cost would of outweighed the cost/effort. overall, AG does a great job and will do whatever humanly possible to take care of the situation... :xyxthumbs:
 
You don't owe any explanation. Your post wasn't that bad. Sure you could have worded it a little differently, or waited until you called customer service. They do go above and beyond. This forum is designed to be a friendly place for people to help each out.
Some of the responses you got...WOW...way to show a newer guy that spirt of brotherhood!!!

This ^^ Out of many years of ordering $$ worth of products I've only had 2 issues which weren't even on AGO , more UPS , a bottle leaked maybe 3 oz's of 16oz , they sent me full brand new bottle on them . . . + a free sample . Once I got Ready Mix when it was supposed to be concentrate . Well , I ended up with both ........

So, yeah you will make out no doubt , I'd be surprised if you didn't .......

Or maybe AG is just that good, heck I didn't even get back ordered on the New DP Car Dryer :dblthumb2:

I've made three orders and two of them had back orders - which isn't a huge deal just kind of disappointing when the web store says the items are in stock
 
So I originally ordered 3 of the 3 packs LC 5.5" pads and received all of them as 6.5". Talked to AG and got it straightened out so I thought. Received my correct pads today but only 2 of the 3 packs not 3 like my original order. I'm extremely pissed that they cant get there #### right. Its been almost a month from the original order date. Oh and I still gotta go through the trouble to bring the old pads to ups to be returned!

Not to mention every time I called, the person I needed to talk to was always on the phone with someone. Left voicemails 2 days in a row to finally get a return call on the third day. Not what I would consider customer service, will definitely consider my purchases elsewhere from now on unless they really step up to the plate for me on this!
 
Sorry to read you're still having trouble , I am/was surprised to read that you are still having trouble . I hope everything gets worked out to your satisfaction sooner then later .
 
Pet peeve of mine when people complain before even starting the customer service process. If CS let's you down, then review, discuss, and open for comments.

The mark of a good company is how they respond to their own mistakes, not if they ever make mistakes.

AG got the rest of my pads in the mail today. Still a headache and lots of time waited to detail my car. Like I said i'll consider making my purchases elsewhere. Haters can hate and the players know the game!

It seems very odd and highly unlikely for AG to handle an order like this. Keep this thread updated with how CS solves the issue. I'm sure it will be quick. Meghan!!!!Help
 
I recently sent in my first order for a California Combo Duster Kit, AG forgot to include the squeegee. I called customer service, very nice woman said she was sorry, asked for packer and picker numbers, and then said would get in mail that day. I received the package in three days. Good customer service in my opinion. Anyone can make a mistake.
 
I'd have to say that the worst experience I've ever had with AG was when I asked them to ship with paper, they shipped with peanuts.

I've ordered from AG dozens of times, and I'm impressed with everything. Their store is easy to use. They ship promptly. I get an email notifying that it has shipped and an email notifying me that the item is delivered. (The only online store, infact, that does this -- at least in my experience.)

Once AG shipped me some Rupes pads that ended up being crushed. I contacted them, and they promptly sent new ones.

Once I ordered a 50mL bottle of Gtechniq C1. They were out of 50mL bottles. So, they sent me two 30mL bottles instead. Geesh!

OP: contact AG before you post; they'll fix everything.
