When I was heavy into photography I started looking at everything differently. I would look at things and wonder 'would it make a cool shot?'. Some of my favorite shots were random in the moment shots.
Now that I've turned my attention to a detailing hobbyist, I find myself looking at cars going, I could make that looks soooo much better. Anyone else do that?
I'm currently watching Mecum Dealmakers. It's a sort of behind the scenes where they are talking to the sellers. I have always been surprised when I see cars that are dusty, or worse yet, they have marring and/or swirls. If you're going to ask 10s of thousands of dollars, IMO you better have that thing looking like a show car! If we can see it on TV, how bad is it in person?
