First of all, a big thanks to Andre from AG Customer Service...Synergy is an amazing wax...my customers are amazed with the final results :xyxthumbs:

Moving on to the car...this is a 2012 Bentley Continental GT covered in swirls and scratches. Being a low mileage car...the condition of the paintwork is not good at all.

By examining the paint condition, I can tell that 2 things happened...bad polishing attempt and improper washing techniques/equipment.

Car was washed using a foam canon, CarPro merino wash mitt and a lot of care. Cracks and crevices brushed carefuly as well.

Paintwork thickness readings were very decent, at least on horizontal surfaces. Front fender surprised me with very low readings (80 to 90 mícrons).

The owner told me that this car has never been resprayed, so I assumed that the variation was related to the painting process at the factory or some areas were over polished in the past.

Being a very soft paint, I tried the least agressive method and ended up with this plan:
- Compound: SONAX Perfect finish, Festool 11000
- Machine: Flex 3401 VRG, Flex KOMPACT
- Pad: Buff and Shine yellow and white pads.

Both compounds worked great. Has been a long time since last time I used Sonax PF...what a great product. Cuts and finishes really nice. Festool 11000 is another great compound. Like to finish with it...it has a good first bite but reduces gradually leaving a very nice finish. Panels were IPA'd thoroughly...so no masking for sure.

Tight spots were treated with a 2" pad via Flex KOMPACT.

Hope you guys enjoy it.

Amazing work! Looks like I could dive right into the paint.... has a deep wet look to it. I can't wait until Spring to do my car. Thanks for sharing!

That is one of the few cars that can rock dark green paint and look awesome! Nice work!

Wow!! Superb results. The 3401 and PE-8 are my tools of choice as well. Also, my awesome girlfriend got me some Pinnacle Black Label Synergy for Christmas. Can't wait to try it out.

Love that color. Great reflections. I think that the PBL Synergy wax and the sealant are the best products from that line.

When you said you applied by hand, I'm assuming that it was with an applicator and not with your bare hand. Its a hard wax so the warmth for your hand would help it spread even better, but it doesn't seem like something I would want all over my skin.

It was great having you stop by at Autogeek a few weeks ago Andre! Glad to see the FLEX PE-8 Kompakt in action. And WOW does that Pinnacle Synergy Wax look unbelievable on that Bentley. I truly enjoy seeing your work! Eduardo stopped by yesterday and bought a bunch of goodies to take back as well. Have a Happy New Year and keep up the great work!

Nice work!!! I think I need a set of the wheels off of that car to add to my collection :P

Tks a lot guys, really apreciate your kind feed back :dblthumb2:

True DBAILEY, being a hybrid wax, I would not want that on my skin either. All applied using a foam applicator.

Tks man
