McKee's 37 Product Expert Here!

So in theory, could one use jeweling wax and apply 360 as a topper for. Ore durability, or is it one or the other? If so, what is the suggestion for a daily driver?

Nick, is the McKee's 37 Rinse Free Wash & Wax the same as DP? If not , how is improved? What color is it? How does it compare to ONR ww?

I was one of the fortunate members that were given the opportunity of trying out the lineup. Fast Compound and Polish are definitely hits for me. The coatings are also very user friendly. Haven't tried a single product I didn't like so far. I'd recommend this stuff to both beginners and pros. Very impressed with their performance and ease of use. And to top it off everything is well priced.

Nick, I'm looking over the product line and am very excited that a lot of the former DP products I used are still there and you kept the names the same, which eliminates confusion! Bravo!

One question, perhaps it's to early in the morning and coffee hasn't set it, but where is the formerly known as XMT Pad Conditioner and Pad Cleaner?

Again, nice looking line up of products!

360 will remove the protective ingredients in Jeweling Wax.

A great topper for either product would be Trademark. :props:

Nope, all-new formula. Rinse Free Wash & Wax provides the most protection of any rinseless wash on the market. In theory you could use this one product to clean and protect your paint if used on a weekly basis, and never use anything else. :)

Hi Nick. I'm pretty sure fast compound uses DAT, correct?

Thanks!

Bottle says SMAT

Technically it's a combination of both.

Interesting. The description on the website says the abrasives diminish...

The DAT component does, but the SMAT does not.

Thanks for the feedback Haris!

What has been tweaked with Cleanse-All?

Wow, very cool!

I'm wondering if fast compound is right around the correcting capability of Griot's correcting cream?

Nick you mentioned '360 will remove the protective ingredients in Jeweling Wax' but will the fine polish in the Jeweling wax remove the sealant in the 360? Said another way, is this application order correct:

Fast compound
Fast Polish
360
Jeweling wax

Or is your suggestion to use 360 or Jeweling wax but not both?

Thanks Nick. Sorry we are ruining your weekend with all these questions but we're excited to learn more.

I am sure Nick will chime in, but based on the fact both products contain abrasives, it would not make sense to use both. One or the other seems more logical. 360 has more abrasives and cleaners in it, as well as more durability (based on everything I have read so far).

I used to top XMT360 with a wax of more durability, but if the new 360 has 6 months of durability, no need to top it at all.

Keep in mind, a product like 360 is more designed as a ONE step product. Its for someone that wants to restore paint, remove oxidation, and add protection in one step, but is not looking for a total complete correction (all all in ones fit this description). Therefore, 360 probably should not be included in a multistep correction process.

Any cure time on 360 before adding say, fast wax?

Final question..can jeweling wax be topped with another carnauba, say, 845?

It's been beefed up.

I would say Fast Compound is slightly more aggressive.

Scott,

I'm excited to see replies to this thread every time I log on, so please keep the questions coming.

Put it this way, you'll never use Jeweling Wax and 360 on the SAME detail. It will be one or the other, but I expect most will choose Jeweling Wax for their own vehicle and leave 360 for production detailing, where it really excels.

360 is substantially more durable than it used to be, and with that comes a longer curing time. I would wait at least 6, but ideally 12 hours before topping with anything else.

You hit the nail on the head Jaret!

The more I follow this thread, the more I like the sound of this line. Always room for more great compounds IMO, or maybe a replacement? How does it stack up to Pinnacle Advanced, or Wolfgangs compound Nick? I know you have tried it on ALL types of paint too - like Wolfgang is a touch better on "hard" paints than Pinnacle.

Is Fast Polish similar to Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover? It reads as if it may be but also reads as if it is a little more agressive? I kinda hope you say its not as good but then on the other hand - how damn exciting is it if it is!?

Good times Nick, good times! :props:
