Wolfgang Uber Rinseless Detail Spray Review

Nice review Joe appreciate the info.
How would you compare this to pre-packaged detail sprays like Griots Speed Shine or Wolfgangs's Spritz. Sounds like a great product at a fraction of the cost.

It's pretty darn close.

If I put this in a gallon of final touch or a quick detail gallon , you wouldn't know the difference.

This closed the gap between detail sprays rinseless diluted to quick detail ratio.

For the cost of Uber at a gallon.

(Wolfgang car care is on sale with a coupon)

I can make 42 gallons of detail spray.

It's a no Brainer for me I love the performance and the cost point

Nice! Sure looks like Kool-Aid in the container, doesn't it....

Try doing it with wrung out towels (distilled water or better yet from same solution). It would feel even smoother as you proceed with waterless.

It's what I do now. No more waterless with dry towels for me.

Anyone know what smells better, the wolfgang or the ultima?

It depends which you like more; Cherry Icee or Key Lime Pie.

I will say WG's scent is stronger.

Yep, it looks like a strawberry kool-aid especially in the container I have it in! Lol.

The dilution ratio between WW and detail spray is not a big difference. I think the WW ratio would much safer and probably slicker. I guess at detail spray strength you're saving some money, but on my paint, I'll take safer over saving a few pennies for product.

I've learned many valuable lessons and saved tons of money and frustration by learning NOT to touch the paint at all between washes. If it's dirty after a day or two or three, so be it. Once it's time to wash again a detail spray makes no sense because you have much better and safer alternatives.

Agree 100%. I wash my car every Saturday, and once I'm done, I do not touch the paint until the following Saturday, unless it's absolutely necessary(bird bomb, etc...).

Wolfgang has a cherryish scent? Ultima has a citrus scent. They are both ok, the Wolfgang is definitely stronger in the scent department but both are pleasant.

Good to see another Uber convert. I use it mostly as a waterless and the slickness provides a lot of confidence and it's virtually streak free you don't need many passes with the towel. Almost don't need a separate drying towel for removing residue.

Received my bottle of Uber RW conc a few days ago. Used it yesterday as a rinseless. The label states the dilutions for RW and clay lube/pad conditioner. No mention for WW or detail sprays. Why did Wolfgang omit this info?

It's on the Autogeek website when you order it in the description.

I really like this stuff alot, it does an amazing job!

This weekend I picked up Wolfgang Uber rinseless (gallon) at detail fest, all the rave reviews and me just running out of my ONR gallon, made me want to try this Uber even more.

This stuff is amazing I couldn't believe how slick and glossy the paint looked and felt after the detail spray , all I can say is I'm in love :D:D and I sure am happy u opted to buy the gallon version, even tho I only used 5 Oz of it so far, I'm worried I'm going to run out!

Hope you guys enjoyed!

Joe is SO Excited about this stuff he wanted to ship me some to try! Thanks for the write up Joe, now you've really made me want some! :xyxthumbs:

Yeah, that's odd....

Just checked both 16oz & gallon, and you're right. No mentioning of other formulas besides rinseless/clay bar/pad conditioner.

Ya I as well read the bottle , it has more info and details on the product description on the website.

Mixed a gallon for my neighbor in the next stall. He had just bought used 535 BMW, and was asking me about otc detail sprays.

Since he's a nice person, I hooked him up, along with some folded edge microfibers and a Kwazar sprayer.

Showed him how to use it and he was blown away by the shine and ease of usage.

Very nice of you, that is why I love our forum everyone is so nice, and goes the extra mile.

I also help or try to help as much as I can.

Its causes good detailing karma :D

Thanks, Joe.

You should see the rag he was using. It looked to be a cut out section from a bath towel. He was dry-wiping the trunk. I'm not joking.

I asked him to please not do that. lol

Ya, its brutal seeing what people do to there cars.

I went to a coin wash to use there water, and seeing what people were doing was nails on a chalkboard, and nice cars on top of it.

Some people just don't know, but hopefully the show competition ready will shed some light and strike some people with knowledge about car care.
