HD Adapt

Ordered HD Adapt and HD Polish,Proxy not from autogeek just opened the box today to look check out the products and noticed the polish,proxy had the red caps in them and the adapt didn't have the red cap and didn't feel full like the other 2 not really a big deal was just seeing if anyone else that got Adapt had the red cap in it ??

Should bought them from AG :dblthumb2:

All of HD's Polishes have the red cap in them.
 
likely has been opened. the color looks correct so I don't believe it's been swapped or fiddled with. I just got a new bottle of Adapt from as a Prime Member at the other place and it has a red plug in it. Completely full. If you ordered from them, it's simple to exchange it.

Often times the products from the other site are fulfilled by them.

Sometimes maybe so, sometimes maybe not. In the case of HD Products most likely not.

Double checked and can't say. Had multiple items in one box. HD was the seller but my box of multiple items shipped from AG. I'm sure it is just a matter of logistics and shipping direct or through a distributor. Most wolfgang items are too. you can select the seller in many cases but PBMC fufills a ton of the Prime items. You can pay here through Amazon too. benefits both ways. Either way I'm sure his issue can be easily resolved.
 
All HD Products are fullfilled by AG, atleast when you buy them from the AG website you get them from AG. I drive to the wharehouse to pick up my orders and they fulfill them at the wharehouse.
 
I just got some HD stuff from that other site and I am surprised the polish wasn't polish+. I have actually got a few HD products in the last week and a half to test against my menzerna products on my Audi that I am prepping for WGUC.
And yes all had the plug.

From what I read from David Fermani it's just a formula tweak for less dusting. The cut level is the same.
 
I ordered from AG and got a purple cap in my Speed and no cap in my Adapt. The air was squeezed outta the bottle of adapt, but no leak.
