Hello everyone, just finished up detailing my 16 f150 .. My process went as the following
-washed with meguiars gold class soap
-meguiars clay bar with quick detailer as lube
-dried with numerous microfibers
-griots gg6 with lake country thin pro pads
-first step was McKees fast polish with a white lc pad
-second step McKees jeweling wax with a black lc pad
-then I applied meguiars ultimate paste wax as my lsp
-cleaned wheels and tires with purple power diluted 4:1 and then dressed with meguiars hot tire shine

I'm pretty satisfied with my results, I'm sure there's better products but this is my daily driver and it sees lots of road miles .. The McKees products made it really easy for me being a first time power tool user View attachment 47506View attachment 47507View attachment 47508View attachment 47509

Nice work, looks great.

I love picture number four with the other black truck in the background, with those dirt roads I'm guessing yours will look like that in a couple days.

That's hard core, dirt roads, black truck.

:autowash:

Luckily mine doesn't get quite like that, that's a family members truck that sees lots of off-roading .. Most of my driving consist of four lanes .. Thanks for the compliments

Lsp should of been different collinite or powerlock.looks good though.

In my neighborhood that road would be considered off roading :dblthumb2:

Get some mud flaps for that bad boy, you'll be glad you did.

Lol it's part of living in the boondocks .. I've actually been looking into some small mudflaps .. We can definitely use them

I'm glad the previous owner of my 13 f150 put some on.

Truck looks great!

Get some Weathertech mud flaps reasonable and way easy to install . My 2014 f150 loves em

Lol i would like to get ahold of that Colorado just to see what I can do .. The f150 is a amazing little truck .. Very rare in the configuration I bought .. It has the 2.7 ecoboost which is a hoss of a little engine .. Gets 25mpg pretty easily and weighs around the weight of a zl1 Camaro (4k lbs) .. Very impressive truck
