We have this guy in another forum who swears this stuff is the best protectant on the market. Others have said there are other products that are better and that no professional detailer would use this stuff. I personally don't know any detailers that use it, and I don't care for it at all. Do any of you use it, and do you know any pros that use it?

No, there aren't any Pros that use it...maybe some "pros" that you'd find on Craig's list. NuFinish has been rated highly by some consumer magazines...that doesn't mean it would be rated highly here. There's a pretty large spectrum of car enthusiasts, and there's going to be some that think it's a good product and you're unlikely to change their mindset, so just let him be rather than trying to prove to him from responses here that he's "wrong".

Seems like "Once a year" this subject
matter is broached here @ AGO.

But you, OP, have been
arguing about this product since
at least October 10, 2010.

That's for going on 6 years now.
Why?

Inquiring minds want to know the answer?

Because I'm sick of this one person who is constantly pushing the product, and claiming it's the best car care product ever invented. BTW, how do you know how long I've been on this subject?

So, rather then answer this simple question with a NO and move on, or not respond at all...you feel the need to question him as to why he's still asking about it? Seems to me that maybe you need to not worry about putting a fellow member through an interrogation. I will have to go look at the rules of the board again, I don't remember seeing anything about asking a question that BOB doesn't approve of. You're just being rude to a fellow member. The title of the post said EVERYTHING you needed to know, to decide if the post related to you in anyway: do you or have you ever used it, but instead of just moving past it or answering with NO, you think so highly of yourself...you question him, like how dare you ask this, I'VE COVERED THIS...

JUST RUDE

I have used it a LOOONNNG time ago and it wasn't bad per say, but I certainly didn't find it to be a once a year application.

Thank you. I run into this a lot these days on various forums...instead of answering a question or staying on topic, people would rather rake others over the coals...I think it's a case of I'm-a-bada$$-sitting-behind-a-keyboard syndrome...

So instead of simply submitting your above
answer, you felt the need to also submit the
below opinions/questions...

IMHO:
According to ways to violate
certain AGO's forum rules:
-The title of the thread did say "everything"
-You said more than enough.

You still have said nothing that in any way, shape, or form answers my original question...still waiting...

I'll state that: Yes, I did...
RE: AGO Forum Rule #1

Note:
I prefer, at this moment in time, not to
further elaborate; I don't want to risk
being added to your list of people that
make you sick.

You might as well go ahead and elaborate, you've already made the list...
