except for the fact that you have to wear lip balm and hydrate like crazy or risk drying out.

I can relate to everything you said. It is 6/20/16 4:00am and 95 degrees. This time of year I usually wash the Wife's van around 4 in the morning to avoid the extreme heat, like 95 is just below extreme for us seniors.

I'm considering going North for 4-6 months of the year. Kind of a reverse snow bird (Is there such a thing as a heat bird?).
If there isn't we are going to invent it. I have the same feelings.

Wait. Back in the 80s, the snowbirds were here in AZ all winter. Then the Zonies (us) were on the beaches in San Diego all summer. Nobody doing that any more?
