In order to teach my Airmen "attention to detail" I taught them how to detail an old single stage paint wrecker.
We used megs7
2 Griot buffers
And a bunch of LCC orange pads.

There was a lot of dead paint but I wanted to preserve as much as possible. I had them coat it and let it sit over night and buff it off the next day with another coat of megs7.

I will probably have them do it one more time just to balance out a few of the dark and light spots.
Most of these young airmen do not have a commitment to excellence so no other way then making them earn it and letting them see the results in the end.
I am proud to say that they are getting it.

I forgot my phone in the beginning so part of the hood was already coated with meg7.

There you go! Teach your operators how to maintain the paint on the trucks.

Don't get me started on the new generation of Airman.

I used to complain about this new generation of Amn....but I realized the real problem is our uniformed politicians holding SR management positions. They are the ones promoting this problem. People like me are fighting daily to fix it....but I am thankful I can say that I am retiring Oct 14!!!!
