I keep hearing amazing things about Menzerna so I figure I might order some product...however they have so many products I am just not sure what to get?

What would be the best polish for paint that is in good - excellent condition? (maybe something similar to Megs M205)
Any suggestions on a good wax/sealant?

Thanks!

I am thinking maybe SF3800 and Powerlock??

Hmm yea...I would like to hear some more feedback on 3500 vs 3800

I haven't used the new 3500 & 3800, but I believe they're the same as 4000 & 4500, which I have used. They're both superb finishing polishes, but 3500 at least has a little bit of cut. 3500 is probably more versatile because you'll at least be able to correct some imperfections.

I believe 3500 is slightly newer technology than 3800 and you'll have less chances of dusting. I think 3500 and Power-lock would be the combo you're looking for. I asked a similar question months ago, and that's where I was led.

I don't know if that's right; I don't know if these polishes have really changed since they were PO106FA/FF and PO85RD. Maybe they came out a year from each other, but that was 10-12 years ago anyway.

Cool looks like the 3500 might be the way to go.

Looks like Powerlock is more popular than the color lock

Power Lock is a sealant, & sealants last a lot longer than carnauba. Power Lock is an excellent sealant, pretty much my go-to sealant. I have Color Lock, & I'll top Power Lock with it from time to time. I like topping sealant with wax. Some say it doesn't add anything, others argue it does. I've done it to try & add a bit more depth & gloss.

Ahh sorry - was on my phone browsing and didn't pay attention. sorry.

Anyways...I just bought SF3500 and Powerlock - excited to try these. Good grief in the past week I have bought Megs M205, SF3500, Powerlock, McKees Paint Coating and McKees Paint Coating Polish...this is addicting and I don't even detail that often lol...:buffing:

SF4000 and SF3500 are not just a name change no matter what anyone else says. I have both, 4000 is more purple and paste consistency whereas 3500 is grey and more gel like akin Rupes.

I'm going to email Menzerna.

Thanks. I did get an email reply from Menzerna saying SF4000 and 3500 are the exact same, other than the label change.
