Went buy to check out the mini polisher and cordless foamer.

They had a little test station and worked well as a 3”. Head rotated well with normal stall issues on hood lines. Felt nice in the hand.

I feel angled head would come in handy in awkward spaces. Only one battery but Estes batteries are expected to be $54.

Was pleasantly surprised with this tool now being considered in my mini polisher mix.

I didn’t get a pick of cordless sprayer. Sprayed nice. Built well and not to heavy. Only problem was I want to use it with Frothe and foaming was an issue.

In the V spray pattern the foam was nice but only came out thick in the very top and bottom of spray pattern. Did not leave enough foam in middle basically having a gap. If your looking for a cordless sprayer this could be a winner with it’s build quality and warranty. As for a foamer I will be waiting for a v2 hopefully.

May also have been the one I tested as this video by Auto Obsessed shows it foaming like I would like.

How was the adjustability on the foamer? Looks like I'll be trying to do a rebuild on my SPTA.

So I thought you could adjust spray pattern. I couldn’t figure it out. I think the rep did it while I was there.

The foam was very thick at top and bottom of vertical spray pattern but almost bill in the middle.

I had ordered pre sale for $100. Place I ordered from has no tax for WA so it was a great deal.

My experience was concerning enough that I cancelled my order. If I woulda got spray pattern like in this video I would have been a no brainer.

I think I will wait to see more reviews till I buy one.

From what I recall, the foam density was adjustable via the knob on the top. The spray pattern may be adjustable with the spray nozzle on. Not sure you can adjust the pattern when setup as a foamer.

Yeah I tested BF snow foam and foam was nice. Yes you could dial in thickness through knob on top. Just spray pattern was off.

I see what you're saying in this review. Looks like you have to add/subtract foam discs and adjust the knob on top to get good foam in the middle.

Yeah the spray pattern is too narrow when yo get good foam and took him way to long to cover that hood. I’ll wait to see if a v2 comes out or just buck up and buy the IK foam pro 12 with the battery.

Figured this thread was the best place for me to reiterate my love for Griot's BOSS creams. Just did the fastest and easiest spring paint correction ever. I used Correcting Cream and a couple 5.5/3.5" Lake Country Orange CCS pads on my 7424XP to go over most of my car in just a few hours.

The winter months are tough in Michigan and I may have botched a waterless wash once over the winter (should have done at least a rinseless wash, but such is life). There was some towel marring and other medium defects from just being a daily driver that hasn't been polished since last spring.

I did about 2-2.5 passes on each panel with CC and LC orange. That's all I needed to do. Quick, simple, done... even on my jet black non-metallic car. Of course, I'm not looking for show car finish and there are still some RIDS, but dang... to 99.9% of people out there, this 11 year old car looks like a show car now (also thanks to the two previous owners who cared for the car).

I saw some old pics from last year where my gloss levels were off the chart, so I decided to protect the paint with GG Best of Show Wax. Applied with 4" black Hex Logic pad on the 7242XP. Love the high carnauba content, and dang that stuff is slick (even compared to the OG Drying Aid I typically use with every wash). Wipe off was easy. Depth is amazing. The whole waxing process just feels like applying velvet to your car.
 
not only a fantastic car care company, but actual car guys that have a passion for automobiles as well... :props:
 
I wish I could attend their C&C one time, Indy is about 4 hrs away, closer than Washington atleast
