3M's Perfect-It 3000 Ultrafine
(Ultrafina) Machine Polish:
"Jeweling" Polish Extraordinaire!
Rotary. :buffing:I've met a lot of people that like 3M.
I may have to give it a try one day.
Do you use with DA or Rotary?
Essence is tough to beat as a 2nd step. Why anyone would choose 3800 over Essence is beyond me. Essence outshines and outcuts it. If one doesn't need the cut just use a Gloss pad or any finishing pad. Infact I challenge any finishing polish against Essence as far as gloss goes.

Everytime I use it on a black car I still say "wow" Everytime.

ya but you have to compare it to a finishing polish and an lsp for it to be fair. of corse it will have more gloss if its leaving a sealant behindI did a Black RS3 and a White GTi and both colours gave gloss levels I have never achieved with the arsenal of finishing polishes I used previously.
well a lot of people choose it over essence so there must be a reason. essence isnt even a polish its an aio. i heard the gloss pad is very overrated.
what about rupes diamond ultra fine polish? anyone use that
•Riddle me this:Meguairs #7.
Very easy to work with.
It's my go to polish, I've tried so many
but now I stick with good ole 7
I thought the same thing.•Riddle me this:
-How is it possible to perform the
"finishing polish"-step with a product,
such as Meguiar's M07, that contains
absolutely no abrasives?

I've tried white diamond on softer paints and ended up with haze. Keramik works a lot better, IMO.
Yep, Keramik is a great polish. On hard and soft paints I can never get it to outshine Keramik. Keramik is just so good theres no need to play with Diamond.

I remember Dylan saying that it could be the pad. Diamond with the yellow pad is pretty nice.
That yellow pad is pretty damn awesome. Works great with UP, and M205.
