I haven't posted many of my details on here in a while, but bare with me. I detail a lot of classic and rare Porsches. This particular one was a barn find. It was put away in 1985 and left in a barn literally. It was bought last month and I was asked to "revive" the paint. I started with some M105, then to the 205. The inside was told to remain undetailed. So, i just wiped it down really good...

That must have been fun to bring that near 50 year old paint back. What was the owner's reaction?

Nice work. :dblthumb2:

Beautiful car indeed, there is something about an early 911. The single cab splitty in the background sqeals my wheels BIG time though! :props:

Aaryn NZ.

Why can't I find something like that in a barn? Nice job bringing the paint back!

Thanks a lot guys! It was a lot tougher than I thought. It had a cover on it when stored, but birds had their way with it and had poop droppings on the cover which bled through. So on top of trying to make it shine, I had to somehow work the bird etchings out as well. I was really shocked on how good it came out!

from the first couple pics, i thought it was a gray car.... fantastic job!
