Saturday Detail v. 2011 Edge Sport

My neighbor's uncle was in town from Canada... Thought it would be a good specimen for a Gav Details Video.


Nothing fancy, basic wash and spray wax. I did polish some faded paint on the mirrors, and tired to remove some haze from the headlights.
The lower sections of the vehicle were pounded by salt and sand.


Foam: Chemical Guys Maxi Sudds II
Wash: Griot's Garage Car Wash
Degreaser: Purple Power ( about 3:1 )
Decon / Iron remover: Chemical Guys Decon Pro ( 1st use, I approve )
Clay: Chemical Guys Fine clay Mitt
Clay Lube: Bucket with CG Mr Pink wash
Wax: Optimum Car Wax
Tire Dressing: Meg's Hyper dressing ( 3:1 )
PC 7424XP
Menzerna Super Intensive Polish
Lake County 4" Orange Cutting Pad

thanks... yeah, it really looked great in the sun. The wheels with the black "pockets" really set off the red paint.
