I believe custmsprty uses their Carnaubaflockencreme Centurion topped with Black Wulfenite on his black Genesis...

What are the characteristics of "best?"

I agree. I've had Viking Coat on my truck for about a year and it still looks great. It held up great through the winter and washing off all the salt was much easier. I topped it with their Viking Spritz early this summer and it looks amazing. I can't believe the number of comments I've gotten at work about how great the truck looks. When I tell them I did it myself, most ask how much it would be to do their car. lol
 
Both the Vette and Benz look awesome, would love to give High Gloss a try. Couple questions, how will this work on a vehicle coated with Wolfgang Uber Ceramic? In the past I have heard some coatings do not play well with toppers of any kind.
Is this more for lighter color cars or would a dark cars benefit as well?

Without reading this entire thread, Gold Zircon I presume?? I've had a bottle of that for about 6 months and haven't tried it yet. It's actually about time to polish my car, I not coat it for a while this time and just try out a lot of waxes and sealants I have. I assume the look of the GZ is incredible. What kind of durability?? Also have you put topped Cosmic with it for any shows??

Zirkon is the topper, not other way around. imho at least. ANd yes.

You nailed it.

And to answer the previous question, I NEVER mix and match when it come to PA products, meaning I stay strictly within the PA family and do not use any other brands, synergy is key.

Right... I guess I didn't word that very clearly, but I definitely wouldn't put a coating on top of a wax or sealant lol.

Maybe I'll top the color coded Cosmic with it next big show in the area.

Too many products to try not enough personal vehicles!!!

I just had the centurion topped with the black walffletine on my car I took it off, Went with a little different mix that im still layering

What site are you using to post pics i would love to be able to post mine again?

Hi Ron,

Just did my car with Gtechniq CSL and ExoV4 a month back, then came across some of your post on the PA High Gloss and Gold Zirkon; really love to try it out as topper. Managed to get 1 bottle each, planning to do it this weekend or next. Is there any recommendation or curing time for High Gloss before applying Gold Zirkon, do I apply it right after High Gloss or best to wait till next wash (1 week) after applying high gloss?

Sadly, our stellar member and just one of the best guys ever, Ron is no longer with us. :(

But personally, I enjoy reading this thread with his posts.

Old Ron posts i’ve read about HG say 24 hours between coats. Probably same to add Gold Zirkon.


Polish Angel Cosmic Spritz recommends 30 mins between 1-2nd coats. I’d assume your safe from 30 mins on.

Would apply fairly soon after definitely not a week later.

I'm taking my wife to one of Ron's favorite seafood and steak restaurants in Sarasota tomorrow night for Valentines Day. We've never been there so it will be a treat for us. Stay tuned to the food thread.
 
Ron was an amazing man! He was always willing to give me advice on Polish Angel and taught me how to top them all. He was the Polish Angel guru! Hope you are resting in peace Ron!
