I hate those damn Swiffer wet jet contraptions to begin with

They are designed to use lots and lots of expensive and unnecessary product

NOTHING leaves streaks on a floor like that crap

I already showed her the 18” mop head and microfiber dusting and mopping cloths I am buying as well as the LVP specific spray on cleaner that will be used SPARINGLY

Haha oh no

We have used those b4 but it sprays such a fine mist and since its not soaming the floor in any way ilwe have never had any issues, unlike you though clearly lol

I would stongly advise you to have her change her mind. 100% certanty your floor will get ruined. Maybe not right away...but its inevitable unless you found something that covered the floor enough, but at that point you wouldnt be enjoying your floor cuz ya cant look at it.

Listen, if you seriously would like, i can take pics and pm them to yoh of some spots that our floor lifted due to our cats throwing up a hairball while we were gone, only to come home and the floor lifted.

I appreciate the offer but we have had this conversation several times over the months since this project started

She wants the “continuity” of having the same flooring throughout the house

I wanted the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room to have almost ANYTHING besides the LVP but it isn’t going to happen

Worst case scenario I am proven right and it gets replaced down the road

I would rather do that than try to have my way and have hard feelings
