Building managment banned washing cars

Only 20 ounces of Water needed to use the Hoseless Lift Kit from Ammo NYC with "Frothe" that is more than enough to clean two full size cars to an immaculate finish! Hands down the best gear Ive stumbled across is YEARS! Spray it on, wipe it off with 6 Microfiber Towels included in his Kit. If you're an ONR user, you absolutely must give this stuff a try! SPECTACULAR FOLKS!!!

Can you get me an AMMO frothe sponsorship too?

Recently my building management banned washing car in premises. Their rationale was people wash cars and leave dirty water on the ground and over time it builds up and area looks dirty. Alternative to washing car was suggested and it is wipe-down (wipe dirty car with a wet towel). Wipe down method is the worst way possible to clean a car. Now I am in a pickle as to what to do. I live in a highly polluted city and to make things worse, there is a lot of dust in parking area. For example, if I clean my car on Sunday afternoon, by Monday morning 10 AM there is a visible thin layer of dust on windscreen.

Does rinse less method clean the surface enough to apply wax? What do I do in this situation? How do I adjust my cleaning technique?

Feed back please

If I clean my car on a Sunday afternoon and finish at 3pm, by the time I get to dressing the tires there is a thin layer of dust on the windshield, gotta love Texas pollen season.

Everyone saying we don't have a car washing amendment. Obviously but we do have the right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness don't we. Don't be rediculous every single freedom isn't always written out most are just assumed. Can the condo association tell you your not allowed to wear sneakers anywhere on the property? How about pants? Can they say your not allowed to bring food on the property. How about saying your not allowed to buy an SUV? Sedans only...
So I hate HOAs for the most part (the ones where they screw good people over for washing a car or flying the stars and stripes) BUT it's allowed because you entered a binding contract. Again I'll never live in an HOA (mid Michigan country boy) because I despise the idea of being told what I can and cannot do with in reason on the property I paid for, but when you enter a contract you have an obligation to uphold it unless the other party breaches.

I'm not sure why anyone would want to live in a HOA area. It's like paying someone monthly to monitor your belongings and nag. It's like paying to be in jail without the luxury of being incarcerated 🤣🤣

My complex doesn't allow washing of cars either. And we have no place to go that has a hose, etc. However nobody cares if you're wiping your car down, so I use the Gary Dean rinseless technique with one bucket. Usually in a local park nearby. Get a 5 gal bucket from Lowe's that's got the waterproof sealable top to it.has worked perfectly for the last five years about every 10 days. I used carpro echo2 mix rinseless dilution. Here's a couple documents I wrote in my dropbox for a Honda accord site when I was a moderator there, and nobody had heard of rinseless.....

Dropbox - rinseless

They also keep your neighbor from painting their house purple with pink doors and green shutters and parking their 1996 impala with no wheels on it sitting on blocks covered with a blue tarp for all the neighbors to enjoy looking at

Not all associations are bad, some are a little too controlling for me but they have their place

I agree with you in that generally i would prefer not to live in an association area

This a little harsh, but I agree in the general principal of the statement.

Thankfully for the most part the area where I live is kept pristine by its residents. There’s one exception, as usual, but over the years my town has really been cracking down on those people forcing them to make their property presentable. It’s a win for everyone else and there still is no HOA.

Sounds like marriage. Lol.

Which is why I opted against it.

I’d have no problem living in a neighborhood with a HOA because I’d never have any issue following the rules. My house would not be purple and red and my grass would always remain cut and edged. I maintain my home much like the appearance of my cars and for the most part, I like it.

I mean I get it but 96 impala sounds more like the projects decorations lol. When growing up this was my areas HOA. Everyone minded their own business lol. I'm just saying I'm not going to own something with the option of someone's input that aren't paying any of my bills. I have customers that have HOAs that just walk around the neighborhood just looking for stuff.

I always had problems following the rules lol. I walked in the employees only section of the store the other day because I live my life on the edge

Yep people mind their own business here and yeah to the extent I could see them being oblivious to a house burning. It actually happened here. A house burned to the ground and no one really bat an eye. Everyone minds their own business to the extreme here. I wonder what it’s going to be like during the next hurricane.

When I was a kid I seen a neighbor's car get stolen. Then he came out talking about why didn't I stop them...uhh duh what did you expect me to do oh nooo stop nooooo. Shouldn't have left you keys in the car with the car running. Geez dude you know we live in the ghetto. Our front screen door is made of steel that should have told you something. I was just minding my business buddy.
