SEMA 2018... 2019 Products

There is no doubt 110/210 will be much more user friendly. Meg's wouldn't screw this up. Very excited about these.

Just gathering the data from facebook, instagram to have all in one place. I am not at the show. Nothing from Optimum yet. As soon as they share something I will post it.

I'm not sure if OPT is actually coming out with anything, other than that Gelcoat Restorer that is already on sale. There seems to be some murmuring about a tire coating but who knows when and it could be part of the Opti-Coat system and therefore pro-only.

Griot's mentioned some of their new stuff about half way through this video.

I can't believe they haven't solved that bottle problem with the foaming Surface Prep.

I does kind of make you wonder if you should be looking at an SDS before using that...when they can't get a bottle to stand up to the formula. I'm going to have to look at that.

Detailed Image video with Gyeon's products. A bit noisy but can be heard ok.

A new tire gel that is water based.
PPF specific polishes.
Detail Spray
Tire Cleaner
Foam pads

The pro line is getting CanCoat Pro which has increased Silica. Consumer gets no change.

Second half has good info on how to chemically decon their coatings.

Corey demoing the new CarPro Elixir and showing the new branding of the products.

The PPF Renew sounds interesting.

CanCoat Pro? Looking forward to the explanation behind that one.

The 'Elixir' becoming an actual product is just plain cool.

What did you squirt menzerna or sonax into 105 and then mix it up and use it? Bet this will be awesome product I still use 105 for headlights I still use 205 as final polish always thought it was good finish.

Any rumors on meguiars coating in development or a coating from 3D

Ohhhh thanks for the consolidation thread!

Looking forward to some of the new stuff Meguiars is dropping. Iron remover, ceramic wax and the new 110/210 compound and polish.

I wonder where the current leather cleaner of gyeon falls in with the new mild and strong. It's my go to leather cleaner currently - think it may be a middle of the way.

Edit: apparently I dont read so well. Lol

- Q²M LeatherCleaner Strong is the evolution of our current cleaner and features great cleaning abilities and safety on all types of upholstery

I guess the Megs ceramic is an answer to the Hyrdo blue?

Why do i want to get my hands on the Megs Ceramic spray wax so bad? I have pretty well fallen off the hype train for products for years and just jumped back on. Honestly, I still have 3/4 of a gallon of D156 so I am sure I don't need it in my life

Big thanks to Merlin for posting this image of the new Cquartz bottles over on the CarPro forum.

They look great

another new product worth consideration would be mckee's 37 hydro blue concentrate (dilutable) which will be available in 4 different sizes (6oz, 16oz, 32oz, and 128oz). concentrated formula: dilute 1 part concentrate to 6 parts water

Wow a lot of new interesting products released :)

The new abrasives from Meguiars is interesting to see if they are going to be as well liked that their others. And that they releases a Sio2 product. I'm not completly sure but don't think that the M188 Deep Crystal Coating is Sio2 based. Still thinks it's a little strange that their coating is not available in the US. So wondering if the spray on rinse off coating product is a way to see if they are going to be offering coating in the US too in the future. And the M188 coating has been out on the market for quite a while now. So maybe we will see a new Sio2 coating from them in the future.

And how cool is that Carpro Elixir has become it's own product! And the credit to Merlin is just awesome!

Thanks Guz for putting up the thread with all new products!

Looks like Blackfire is doing this as well with the upcoming BLACKFIRE HydroSeal Concentrate, both of which kinda harken back to Gyeon Wetcoat Essence which, well...did not last long in the US market.

Hmmm....

Is it an answer to hydro blue when hydro blue was not the first of it's kind?

And you don’t see mckees anything in Walmart or auto parts stores. So this is more consumer driven at retail brick and mortar establishments

Permanon was before CARPRO hydro

Mckees was probably about 5 copies down the road

I remember permanon, hydro, wetcoat, aquabead, CAR speed seal, the maybe MCKEES. Then we saw Sonax and now mcguiars

I’m sure there were others and some are probably different chemicals than others.
