Turtle Wax Seal and Shine

AG sells Turtle Wax's pro line of products,
The Wax Shop
I believe you’re a little confused:

Turtle Wax’s pro line of products are
not sold by AGO (via The Wax Shop).

But they are sold by The Wax Depot.

A quick search of the AG Store will confirm this post.

Well, either way, this explains why TW products are safe to talk about. Creme rises to the top or in the case of toppers and/or stand alone, ALOT of creme is at the top right now

Unless there is more that one "The wax shop" brand out there

The Wax Shop discontinued ...

He mentions it about :40 seconds into the video

YouTube

The headquarters for both companies is listed as Addison, IL, both with the same address.

"Pro line of products" may have been the wrong terminology to use, but Turtle Wax does own The Wax Shop brand.

I'm about 20 mins from Addison ILL

Just applied this...easy as hell! I have product "LM" Sio2 sealant laid down on the car from 2 weeks ago and I can tell you this, they play VERY well together!

I'm in the cult, urrrrr, on the bandwagon! I need to find some more at an even better price because I wanna mix Beadmaker with it @1:1, stay "tuned"

Hey Everyone, Just want to clarify. The Wax Shop is a division of Turtle Wax. The Wax Shop products were created by professionals for professionals. Myself and the rest of my team have countless hours on these formulas tweaking them to perfection. These formulas are completely separate from any TW formulas. Our compounds have the longest working time, and no dusting. We have had many cases where you can one step it with our 1000 compound and go right to LSP. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to message me or email me at [email protected]

Thanks for chiming in Eric. :xyxthumbs:

And we have a one-day roadshow class scheduled in August where everyone attending will get to use Wax Shop products first hand.

Roadshow Class at Wax Shop in Bloomingdale, Illinois - August 10th

Nice post. Great clarification.

Thank you.

Define "wet" coating

Say, an hour after application.

I always put a sealant on top of the coating when I am done. This offers protection to the coating for the first day. Even if you tell the client not to get the car wet for the first 24 hours, many will not listen. So as a safeguard, I use a sealant in case the guy decides to go drive in the rain 5 hours after I am done coating his car ;)

Typically I use either CarPro Reload or Gtechniq C2V3. I have switched to Turtle Wax Ice as my sealant of choice so I used that for coatings too... and it doesn't seems to be a good idea so I went back to Reload.
