Call to Ban YouTubers

Don't get me wrong, there's no slight taken on my side nor was that comment meant towards anything towards anyone on the forum. I should've phrased it differently, my apologies. What I meant was, it was disappointing to see Pan first post what he did in response and respond in a way that was a personal insult rather than an explanation. And to have him call people on the forum just because they don't agree with his way of doing things, that's a lack of a rational arguement in anyway but as a personal attack to people who don't agree with him. It's a rather low level to stoop to and I'm disappointed because if someone was successful, they shouldn't feel a need to belittle anyone else to justify their success.

I have always been fascinated with psychology, and his kindergarten rants were classic BTLD insecurity.

No need to rephrase at all, after reading your post it got me thinking, maybe it sounded like I was grouping everybody’s actions/behavior together with Pan the Man!

My wife’s friend has us hooked on pepperoni, onion and jalapeño. It’s ridiculously good and doesn’t come deep dish.

It’s why I drive a Mazda Miata.. although I don’t think the analogy works the other day sadly
 
If I was a ‘worser’ person, like some of PTO’s regular social media viewers, I would have taken a screen shot of his rant and posted it as a comment to his YT video. But luckily I’m not part of that culture.
 
I like Pan and many other YouTubers here. Zero issues with them posting here. Its a free forum :-)

I think the youtubers posting here is a good thing. I started out watching pan and saw one of his video’s here and started lurking.

Youtubers drop bombing video’s here aren’t for us. We either are or arent watching them.

But if can get people here who need help and can become a contributor i’m all for it.

I’ve seen a lot of people soliciting subscribers and likes.... i just choose to ignore the noise now...

Just to point out so there's no confusion, (although I've been saying this same thing for the last 11 years I've been on this forum), we never DELETE a thread. A thread may be moved out the public view to the MODERATORS forum group, which by definition is NOT visible to the public.

But I can assure you it exists and anyone that has run or worked as a Moderator or Admin on a vBulletin forum, understand and knows what I'm talking about.

Just to show you, here's a screenshot. If YOU go to the forums page here and scroll to the bottom, the last forum group you see is

Car Detailing History - Vintage and antique car waxes and buffing tools

What you don't see is the 2 groups right below it and that's because they are hidden from public view. When management deems a thread no longer appropriate they MOVE it to the Moderator's forum group. It is NOT deleted. There's a difference.

Yeah mods move threads to the mod section for review and to stop threads that were going down hill

We used to do it on Autopia all the time

In all honesty, I have had Chicago style. It is delicious. (Just not pizza). ;)

It is just a regional pride thing.

Let's start the "Manhattan vs. New England" clam chowder wars next!!! Lol
 
Sorry I can’t understand the New England accent

I like NY pie but only while there, I guess it’s the same as leaving home and eating Chicago style pizza in say Indiana. Just horrible
