We wanted to go to a barbecue place tonight but the smaller ones are all closing at 8pm and the big ones had long waits. Had to hit Carrabba’s as fall back though the salmon(wife) and filet(me) were good.

My own take on chicken picatta. Usually sauce is on top of chicken and noodles.

I mix my sauce to the noodles. Chicken stays crunchy. Also cooked perfect.

Gotta love a meat thermometer.

My daughter would be all over that. Every time we visit a new city, she tries to find a Korean BBQ or Korean chicken place. I’ve had to drive way out of the way sometimes but she really appreciates it so I will continue to be wrapped around her little finger for this particular item.
