My first buckets were those rectangular kitty litter containers.
 
31 lbs (pre cook weight) of Boston Butts at about the 13th hour of smoking. Sure hoping these taste amazing, it’s for a gathering on my wife’s side of the family. I’m projecting them to be done about 2 hours before we head over there, so plenty of time for them to rest prior to pulling apart.

It's called Ice Cream and Pie my man and it was delicious!! 😋

It will be interesting to see what the national guard will do.
In the past 2 weeks I've drove upon a active shooting and have within minutes been within a quarter mile of at least 3 other shootings 2 of which involved death 💀 ☠️ 💀
