Rinseless Washes - 2022

I'm not sure which store I got it from, I thought it was The Clean Garage but it could've been Carzilla. Well now I see it's available in a 1 litre size I'm getting THAT next time around, where did you get yours from
I got mine from TCG (BF sale), didn't you order yours from CAN before it was allowed to be sold here, or was that some Labo product?

I think it was Idrosave, since Labo USA is actually in Canada, I think they were selling it there before it was released here, and their site said "only for Canadian customers" or something, but you ordered it anyway and got it, somehow. So that doesn't explain how you got that little bottle of EcoWash, which I'm jealous of.

Yeah I was just checking out The Clean Garage and that 1L is the only size available, it's under 20 bucks...should be talked about MUCH, MUCH more

It seems a little silly, when I rinseless wash my small car, if it's pretty clean and do the wheels with conventional wash, I'll only mix up a half gallon of rinseless, so that's a quarter of an ounce...how am I supposed to measure out a 16th of an ounce? Measuring spoons, I guess.

Agreed,
Not sure what the point is with the super high dilution ratio. Maybe just a gimmick in an attempt to separate them from the multitude of rinseless washes.

Don't believe there are major differences in any of the rinseless washes. I currently have 5 different rinseless washes and they are all very similar in my opinion. Yes some clean a little better and some seem a little slicker. Of course they all have a different aroma but I don't get the obsession of what my wash smells like. I mean im using it on my vehicle. I'm not going to dab it on my neck.

Maybe what would be a more fair comparison is what rinseless washes suck and why? Maybe the ones that suck don't get talked about or used and therefore just fade into oblivion.

For instance, not that it sucks but rather quite the opposite. Few months ago I bought a gallon of Duragloss 932. It was the least expensive gallon of rinseless I've bought so far. I believe it was $38.00 per gallon. I've used it many times and I think it's a good rinseless. Maybe a little finicky to mix like Absolute but that is a minor thing. Nobody ever talks about Duragloss because it's an older product but I like it and plan on using the entire gallon.

The scent is purely to add to the user experience and as long as the scent doesn't affect the performance, no harm, no foul IMO.

As far as which one isn't good, I can't say I've come across one to be honest, these companies are on their game

If you go straight to the Gyeon website, the 1L is the only size shown. And yes reasonably priced. It's sometimes hard to compare rinselesses because of the container sizing, EcoWash is only 1L(33.8oz), ONR is 4/8/32/128oz, Hero is 16/128, Idrosave is 250(8.45oz)/1000(33.8oz)/4500(1.18gal) ml, etc.

Interesting sizes for Labocosmetica Idrosave, should appeal to those just looking to try something new

Your making me really think..."how did I get the smaller Gyeon bottle of ECO wash"

You'll like it if you don't mind a little protection left behind but Hero makes a case for itself when used in the right situation

What do you mean by the "right situation"?

Well sometimes you need a RW with more cleaning and sometime you might need a lighter cleaning but wanna "boost" protection

Maybe that, or maybe it costs so much to ship it from Australia they want it as concentrated as possible.

There are so many now I can't even keep track. Seems like every month there is a new one.

That was always a good rinseless, people didn't like the dark pink bits that would float around in it. People don't really talk about Duragloss at all now that Richy isn't on here, other than sometimes the 253 gets mentioned. I was looking at my DG coating the other week, shook the bottle and it's still liquid. And 501 was always a good hand polish/AIO to clean up something.

Yeah, I got the little bottle of Idrosave, because I have so many other washes...then I went a little crazy on BF.

So out of that idrosave and hero, which in your mind is the better cleaner?

I'd say Gyeon Q2 ECO wash but I can't say I've used these 3 on my g/f's Cruze to see that "before and after" effect like I did last time using Feynlab RW v3 because THAT product is THEE GOAT for RW cleaning and it's not even close

I agree no harm, no foul. However I'm perplexed on how this became a thing. I just find it odd as it always seems to be mentioned when someone is talking about/reviewing a car wash.
I assume someone suggested "hey let's make ours smell nice" and then everyone one else wanted to follow that lead.
To be honest it doesn't occur to me to take a whiff of my soap when I remove the cap off the bottle and when it is diluted and placed in a bucket of water or sprayed from a bottle I can't smell it anyway. Maybe others have a better sense of smell than I do.

Thankyou for not reading my question.

Opie, Chilly was pretty unimpressed with Hero's cleaning ability. I've only used my Idrosave once or twice, and I don't have Hero. Just as an off-hand comment, the ADS people aren't fans of rinseless washing, which makes them an odd vendor to be developing a rinseless wash, although they had beta testers who are rinseless fanatics.
