Labocosmetica 2ph system...Alkaline & ACIDIC, questions

What's your sweet spot in the foam cannon, I'm starting with 3 oz

It depends on foam cannon, pressure washer and PIR. I haven’t tested my setup but to get performance I get from IK E foam pro 12 it was close to 50/50

10oz product to 10oz water. That was a lot and why I bought the E foam.

In the bays set up I’m guessing there using AR630’s (what they sell on their site) or Kranzle’s.

With there flow I’d probably try 70/30 7oz product to 3oz water.

With higher gPM your flowing more water out but should be covering car faster.

Shouldn’t need more than 10-15oz total to cover whole car.

But that’s what DFB and I have been saying you use A LOT of BH touchless through a foam cannon.

I'm certainly appreciative of all this info but even though my ratio is light it seems to work for me and while not "shaving creme" it's not ultra thin, runny stuff either

In my IK Foam Pro 12 I'm anywhere from 3 oz to 5-6 sometimes

It doesn’t have to do with thickness of foam. It will still be runny. It’s about PH level and how much chemical is on there to break down the Grime. If works for you run with it.

When I tried like 5oz to 20 it barely dented it. With a 10oz to 10oz ratio I could almost touchless clean 1 month winter grime

Is there a situation that you would use all three of the products in a row for a wash

That is the way it was intended to be used, like the Valugard ABC system, or the defunct similar FinishKare one.

The Valugard system was designed for car dealers, when cleaning and decontaminating a car when it was being prepped after shipment. The alkaline step was to remove dirt and adhesive residue (from plastic transit wrap), and neutralize any acid rain remnants, and the acid was to remove any rail dust or mineral deposits, followed by the neutralizing shampoo.

Reggy has suggested in our more OCD detailer setting, that the acid component is not required all the time. But certainly on a neglected car you would want to use all 3.

Yes it’s Labo’s decon wash or what they call 3pH wash. Do 2-4 times a year based of use and environment.

Spray Primus….. let dwell…. Rinse….. apply Purifica…. Let dwell. Do not rinse and just bucket wash with Semper.

Even though I posted about using Labocosmetica Preludio acidic this morning in "what did you do detailing related today" I just had to say something here!

This product, mixed @10:1 as a pre-treat, just left a clean slate (combined with the RW I was using) Anyone on the fence thinking a pre-treat RW is a waste couldn't be more wrong! I bought a 3 pack of empty Labocosmetica bottles with labels and ratios, a great idea

I said it over in my thread but it bears repeating here..."You can SEE the CLEAN!" when using this product! I'm going to be interested in seeing the water behavior because I laid down Nv Jet a couple weeks ago, a stout and increase spray coating, so let's see what happens going forward

So glad I've got the 3pH for both RW & 2BM from Labocosmetica, it's going to be a clean season

Sounds great. Labocosmetica really have some neat cleaning chemicals. Primus and Purifica can both be used as a bucket wash for instance.

No trouble light duty cleaning of wheels with either has well. Purifica is a gem of a product.

Fiero and Leale are also very nice products. Fiero even as some cut it seems and i've had no bonding issues with Fiero, with sealants.

I've been using Primus for pre-wash/bucket/wheels. It's a great product.

I'll try it in the bucket, just to see, how much for 3.5 gallons of water

About 4.4oz. They recommend a 100:1 dilution.
How do you like it compared to Semper? I ask because 1 oz of Semper produced lots of suds and alot of lubricity, couldn't have been happier, plus it cleaned VERY well

I haven't used it. I probably should try it and use Primus more as a pre-wash but being it does both I figured I'd try it that way for a bit. I don't mind a stronger cleaning shampoo. I don't have much protection the car right now anyway. Once I re-coat I will move back to something a bit more neutral. Primus 2.0 though in bucket is probably no more than a 8-10 pH. It's 10.5 neat so not that high. Very safe.

Thing is, I've got 7/8 of a gallon of Bilt-Hamber Touchless and the entire 3pH system for 2BM of Labocosmetica, as well as other stuff like Griot's Garage Foaming Surface Prep & Wash, in gallons (bought with gift certificates) so I've got plenty to use but with how Bilt-Hamber isn't as easy to get anymore, when the time comes, I'll be 100% in on Labocosmetica for my soaps, these guys have something NOONE else does, well done guys
