Durrmaid extractors

does the hot rod have a crevace tool attatchment? if not would the durrmaid one fit on it?

also...does the water come out all the time or do you control it? meaning you can just use the vac feature if you wanted....
 
I believe the way most work is the vac works all that time and you control the water. I don't have any personal experience with any of these so they might be different though...
 
I REALLY REALLY want one of these but Im doing this as a side business and cant really swallow 800 bucks for one of these....Id be paying mostly for speed because I can do the same thing with spot cleaner, a PC carpet brush, water and microfiber and a shop vac....

I just like you am doing detailing on the side really want an extractor. I found that only a full time detailer can justify the $$$ of entry on a hot water extractor. I found that a Bissel Green Clean Machine w/ Pro-heat works just as well, and it is only $90 at Target. I have used it twice on my car and on a handful of customer cars and have yet to come across a stain that it and a good APC can't tackle.
Infact I will be using it tonight since some little jerk-off spilled a can of coke in my TBSS while I was helping someone move.
 
I've heard good and bad - mostly bad about the Durrmaid, I know Bob at Danase is a stand up guy and wouldn't sell junk. Now, ya'll just send your donations to the ol Junebug and I'll buy an Aztec, and do a full review....

Thats where I got My AZTEC HotRod From .Bob is a great guy and stands behind what he sells.
 
An Aztec is on my list of things to buy this spring to get ready for detailing season.

When the time comes to get an extractor, shoot me a PM or email. I've got an Aztec but I want to go to something bigger.
