It Broke?

This has been happenig a lot lately. A couple people on here have posted this. Send Meghan or Dwayne a e-mail with that picture. I'm sure the will send you a replacement.

Look at the plus side of it hopefully it didn't do anything to the car your working on.And if you bought it from AG they will make it right.

did it break because your using it on a makita rotary perhaps?

Well, nothing happened to my Flex, thank the man up North. :props: What brock was even worse. :( It had to do with my high speed pressure washer. Of course, I was washing a BLACK Suburban this afternoon and it left the body shop on Monday. YIKES. After I did over 98% of the Suburban, my Homo Depot Power Care Gun & Hose went bad. Water was getting all over me when I had the power on switch was on. Finished washing the trunk door, then, ran and shut it off. Now, I can no longer wash any other vehicles and MINE was 1st on the list Thursday morning. Well, I now have to hall butt back over to Homo Depot tomorrow morning and buy a new part. I will pay the $20 bucks to get things going again.

Thursday will be a good day. Thursday will be a good day. Thursday will be a good day. :D

Call me in the morning. We will take care of it.

Looks like a Dual Action PC from the looks of that counterbalance....
Autogeek has the best customer service so i wouldn't worry...GOod luck!

I recently had both my PC and rotary flexible backing plates tear apart. I really thought I used to much pressure at highest speed rating. I also wondered if time (both are over two years old) might have contributed to it. Not normal surely ...

Called Meghan this am and she took care of it. She is sending me a new one! Thanks for all the reply's! You guys were right about AG, they did make it right~!! Just hope it does not happen again. :dblthumb2:

Thanks for calling me, I forwarded photos to Lake Country of the two backing plates that have been posted on forum. Eric at Lake Country assured me he is looking into it.

This place is for sure the best. That's what customer service is!:goodjob2:

They go the extra miles to make sure all is right with their customers if it's their problem or not. Normally (with some other companies) you would need to send it back let the rep look at it and they might fix it.....here it's Taken care of first and they make it so you want to came back and shop here. I know I won't buy another auto care product from anyplace else unless AG does not carry it and I really need it.

Good Job AG! And thanks for having such a great place for us all to hang out, learn from the best, and buy the best from the best!:righton:
