Have to vent.....:(

Sorry LD don't know if you have dent wizard or ding king in your area I have seen them do some awsome work they usually get 100 to 150 to fix dings when they are done your car perfect no body shop need they come right to your house . Just a thought if really bothers you they shold be able fix that.

LOL Steven

I must admit that I'm very disappointed in the shop,

I had to get my lawyer involved and removed the car and brought to another shop which my brother-in-law runs .

Sad to say there are more horror stories like this than there are success stories...

Anyways, we got the TSX all washed up tonight and will start on the buffing bright and early tomorrow. Hopefully she comes out as good or better than she was before.

When you have a vested interest in the outcome the outcome tends to come out pretty good.

It's hard to find a body shop that can do the repairs right the first time and then have any buffing work, or in some cases, sanding and buffing work done and not have these last steps ruin all the painter's work.

Best of luck and keep us posted...

Everyone reading this, anytime you have collision work done, do you best to find a show that has a good reputation and get the warranty in writing be ready to inspect the end-results.

It never hurts to have camera with you and hope it's sunny out when you pick the car up so you can see the quality or lack thereof of.

:)

i had to go back to my body shop 4 times to fix there bad work .. they were lazy and when they painted the door they didnt remove the keyless entry pad . just taped it . and in there prep process ..there must have been some silicone oils around the pad . which caused the clear to bubble a week after. so they had to repaint the entire door.

I just have to say that I'm glad I know two good body shops around my area and trust them 100% with my car.
