I'm wondering what pinnacle wolfgang tire gel looks like and the durability of it also.

personally, i like the pinnacle. seems to sling less and has a nice look. just remember to gently wipe with a mf towel 10 minutes after applying. 2x coats will leave a shinier finish. a little goes a long way too.

no experience with that one... Try the DP. I love it! Also the Optimum is supposed to be a favorite but I haven't tried that one yet

Pinnacle website says its a water based formula. Bad information there buddy.

Was just about to post a thread on the Wolfgang Tire Gel. Absolutely amazing product. I have tried my fair share of tire gels and this is it. Never tried the Pinnacle but probably right on par with the Wolfgang I would imagine. My tires have never looked this good. 5 stars for the Wolfgang Tire Gel. :xyxthumbs:

I've got the pinnacle. Good stuff but that wipe down afterwards is a MUST if you apply it too heavily.

Thick, heavy coat = GLOSS

Thin light coat = PERFECTION!

It lasts and lasts and lasts and lasts too! You really will get weeks of durability out of it if it doesn't rain. If it does rain, then it will get dirty (same principle as the sides of the car getting dirty when it rains).

I'm looking forward to trying Opti-Bond.

I'll take one for ya 2nite if I get a chance

Please do so. And if u can comparison pics would be spectacular. I wanna see what im gonna buy before I buy it.

Here is a picture of what Optimum opti-bond looks like with one coat. (Picture taken by Rsurfer) You can apply more coats to increase the shine/gloss. It is a great product and does not sling at all. You can also use it on interior and exterior trim, plastics, vinyl, dashboards, door panels etc.

Opti-bond gets my vote, I love the stuff and basically use it exclusively on my tires and exterior trim.

pinnacle black onyx tire gel or wolfgang black diamond tire gel

These two products are almost the same. Pinnacle is water based and the wolfgang might not be. Which k.e is safe for my tires and give a semi to high gloss. Please help me make a good choice of purchase.

Here is Opti-bond on my car and my dad's RX. My Saab (left) has two coats, my dad's has only 1 coat.
