okay, so my car is metallic silver. i do have souveran paste but i use it on my carbon fiber parts being it is designed for darker solid colors if i am correct.

1)
i also have liquid souveran and from my understandings, it was formulated for lighter/metallic cars. am i right?

2)
i am also going to polycharge a batch with the ch2 poly, anyone experienced results with this mix yet?

3)
will the liquid souveran be durable enough and have enough protection on its ow? i have always been a paste wax guy so stepping out of my element is hard to do.

my main concern is the protection/durability of liquid souveran and especially if it will look good on my metallic silver car. i definetly don't want it to mute the metallic flakes like souveran paste will do.

thank you.

Is your trunk cf? If not try the following if you don't mind, 1/2 trunk standard liquid souveran, 1/2 trunk polycharged liquid souveran. Take pictures after application, after about 1 or 2 weeks with a wash and rinse to show beading. I'm curious about this stuff too.

trunk is carbon fiber too. i could do it on my roof?

so, is liquid souveran formulated for light metallic cars? i just don't want it to mute the metallic flakes like souveran paste. upon an answer, i will use it tomorrow morning and will definetly do a tester on the roof. what i can tell you is that i polycharge my qd'ers qith h20 poly and i love it.

Oh you can use the roof, that was my next question! I can't answer your question about muting the flakes, have to wait for Matt or Killrwheels or someone else. I'm still debating the polycharger purchase, need to research more. You're the first person here that's talked about it recently (don't know about the past).

no muting ... Liquid Souveran is delicious on all colors and can easily be polycharged for more gloss, infact the newer version already comes with it in there.

I think muting is a bad term for anything, some waxes/sealants might enhance certain colors do to their ingredients and polymers but doubt any actually look to reduce or harm a finishes look intentionally.

I had good success with liquid souveran on silver. I prefer to use polymer sealants on lighter colors, though.

What kind of look are you after? I've used Meguiar's NXT 2.0 on our silver Honda Accord with good success.

The description doesnt mention POlychargerr, but I dont doubt you. If it has it, I will buy it next time its on BOGO, I am a huge Polycharger fan. I love it in UPGP, BFWD and Four Star Spray Wax also in their Leather Conditioner.

okay, well i went and applied my sig II today on the car and will probaly hit it with the liquid souveran polycharged tomorrow. so how much should i mix up? 4oz.?

see, i like the glowing effect of the metallic silver and the pop from the metallic flakes. will using liquid souveran enhance the glow and pop? and by adding the poly to it, will that give me better protection? ie: from waterspots, uv etc? if i did my research right, answers should point to yes?

thanks everyone and killr for chiming in after i pm'd you. very much appreciated.

Thanks Z!
They need to add to the description. It is a big plus IMO,
No problem. :xyxthumbs:

For those that are wondering, apply liquid souveran thin! First time I applied it too thick and it was pretty hard to remove.

I used it on my light gold colored Buick yesterday and it looks better than anything I have tried to date with the metallic just glistening. I have used Natty's red and blue, NXT 2.0, #845 IW, Meg's #16 UK version, PB QW+ and more I can't think of right now. I think PB QW+ and the Liquid Souveran are the best lookers on my car. Sorry no pics.

Get the signature series II and don't look back.I think this stuff looks alot better on light colors and it does mute flake plus it is wipe on wipe off.

already have sigII. i also love it alot but as many others, i like to mix it up.
