I recently got an '86 fiero. All the body panels are either fiberglass or plastic. I put a bunch of time a week or so ago into claying, polishing, and sealing the paint. I use it as a daily driver but I try my best to wipe it down with detailing spray and a microfiber every night. Only takes a few minutes and is easier that the occasional full wash IMO.
Anyway, I dont notice this with metal bodied cars, but this thing builds up so much static when I wipe it down that it is INSTANTLY covered in dust the first 3 blocks when I drive it.
Any thoughts? Different cloth or spray?
