Ok, so I recently used DG901 and I must say WOW:props: (thanks Richard)! I liked it so well that I ordered a gallon of it. Since the first time I used it, it was in a generic bottle with no directions I went to the AG website and read the dilution ratio there. On their website it reads use 1oz/3 gal water, however on my newly aquired bottle it says to use 1oz (or 3 capfuls) /1 gal water. This is a significant difference, so my question is; what dilution ratio is everone using for 901??
 
I usually use a half to two-thirds of an ounce per gallon, if that helps.
 
I just used .5 oz per gallon today with great results.
 
By FAR my favorite car wash soap. I use 1 oz. to every 1 gallon. :dblthumb2: What ratio did you use it at, Tad?

Well Mark, since the first two times I used it I didn't have the OEM bottle (as Richard sent me some) I went off what it reads on the AG website. What it says on the product page is; use 1oz/3gal of water. I used 1.5oz in approximately 4 gal water. I will say even at this ratio it worked GREAT, lots of lubricity, cleaning power, suds, and good smell. I'm not sure why it says 1oz/3 gal of water on the AG website, and on the 901 bottle is says 1oz/1 gal :dunno:

Perhaps AG tested it and found that it worked fine at that dilution ratio for people who wash their car regularly, while DG presumes a "normal" car washer that has to remove 6 months or a year of grime. I think you should be thanking AG for saving you a lot of soap :)
 
I use it at 1oz to 2 gallons and have great results. Still super slick with lots of foam.
 
You're welcome! I too have a gallon of it and will be buying either a 5 gallon jug of that or Majestic Solutions Ultra Gloss, I'm still undecided. Anyway, I use 2oz. to 4.5 gallons of water and it cleans excellent, lots of lube and suds. I have cut it down to 1oz. to 4 gallons and surprisingly it was still slick. So my guess would be 1.5 - 2oz. will be plenty to a 5 gallon bucket. :dblthumb2:

Always good to hear. I just ordered DG901 from previous postings recommendations. Can't wait to get it.

i am about to pull the trigger on like 5 or 6 DG products... haha... just got the bug remover #470 locally... works great too

then 901, 601, 105, 501, 505 and 755

Hope they are all worth the investment :)
