me too ... and Formulas, and Transam and a Z28. I loved the Mothers 3step process. Sure would have been nice to have Souveran or Fuzion then. :props:

I love to see a car that is nice, simple but always eye catching without going over the top!! But i will say, you needa post more :Picture: of her, very uhhh eye candyish :props:

UPDATE:

Richard(rwright) was generous enough to send me a few samples of paste wax(supernatural, hard candy, and sig series II). I did a test panel of all of those including Fuzion. I liked signature series II the best!! It applied and removed easily like Fuzion, but seemed to give a hard shine and bring out the metallic more. It also gave a nice, glossy look in the shade. Supernatural applied fairly easily, but was a harder to see on the silver paint. It gave a similar look like as sig series II. Hard candy was a breeze to apply and remove, but I still like sig series II better. Fuzion seemed to darken the paint more than SN and sig series II. I used Fuzion on a black car I detailed and WOW, very nice! Hard candy was fairly neutral. Sig Series II will be my next purchase for sure! GREAT fror light metallics, or probably any metallics for that matter.

Thanks for that information. It's very useful to me for obvious reasons, including the fact that I don't like to use lsp's on my silver paint if they darken it too much. I know Fuzion darkened my red paint, but I wasn't sure if it would have the same effect on the Silver. Sounds like it will, so I may not even try my Fuzion on the Lotus.

I'm not surprised that the SN looked good on silver, as it really doesn't have the reputation of darkening paint too much.

Now that I have a coat of Sig Series II thanks to you, I don't have to worry about purchasing it for a couple months. It will be my next wax purchase, though. Thanks for the kit idea, and thanks for the wax samples!

It wasn't a huge difference on silver, but that fact Fuzion darkened the paint more noticeably on black, that was good enough for me to try something else. SN and sig series II are the ticket as they don't darken paint. SS II is easier to work, less expensive, and does not sweat, so the choice is obvious for me.

Mark, I take a night off to attend a birthday party and you've found yet another favorite wax. Are you sure that breaking up didn't affect anything else? :D
