I'm 32 years OLD! I come from a religious Christian family where we've been brainwashed that marriage is the only option. However, I just got out of a long relationship. It hurt initially, but now I feel better than ever. :D Nothing like being able to look at every single woman without having the other 2 eyes watching you. No, this doesn't mean that I'm going to try to bang every woman I can, but it feels nice to be able to date and not be tied down. Oh well, I'm just gonna enjoy life and take it as it comes. :righton:

Life's a journey, enjoy the ride...........:props:

I gave up on ever trying to stay tied down for 4 years... not a single relationship. Then... she came. I thought I'd give her a try because she seemed like a nice girl. I ended up liking her, and then more... now I'm on the ol' ball and chain.

Oh no! Here she comes ---> :bat:

I think she's mad that I'm thinking independantly.

I said the same thing, then gave in. I also said I wouldn't have kids. That didn't holdup either. Oh Well!!!!!

If you truly came from a religious Christian family, that statement shouldn't even be necessary. You'd believe in no "banging" before marriage anyway. :dblthumb2:

I said I *come* from a religious background, but I'm not a religious as my parents. I heard it constantly growing up, though. The no banging part before marriage is long gone. However, I'm still picky about who I "bang". :)

Never say never. And you should enjoy the ride (life). Good luck.

AAAAAAAAnd there you have it, I made it 2 years before that sob cupid broke my free streak. But hey I now have an amazing woman to share my life with.

7 years and counting and still have been able to avoid kids.

There is someone for everyone, when you least expect it, they will appear!

There's good to both sides of the equation. I'm sure being single would be fun, but I wouldn't trade my wife & kid for anything, even if they are alot of trouble! haha

You just aren't ready for that three to five year commitment yet. :D Don't worry... As soon as you give up looking for her, she will appear. That's what happened to both me and my wife. We were supposed to just be a temporary fling to get through the winter before summer hit. That was 12 years ago. lol Long ass fling if you ask me...

Marriage is like the winter that never ends.... lol

Actually, I kid. I married the perfect woman and am glad I have her locked down with a ring on her finger every day.

Marriage is an exercise that women go through while searching for the perfect man.

Why should you be any happier than the rest of us, get married and have children and look for the home with the white picket fence !
