One day while :buffing:, he read a post and commented :offtopic:, which lead to a :rant: asking for Feed back please and may have gone against :rulez: because you're not allowed to :argue:. The thread received a :lock:down, was :close1: and I think he received a:ban:but I'm not sure for how long though.:work:. So until there is a :grouphug: we won't see Dana :nomore:. Hopefully things will :cool: down and everyone can :kiss: and make up. :thankyousign:
 
While my post is not 100% accurate, you should be able to figure it out. There were some icons missing so I worked with what was available. It was just a posting for a laugh, sort of Shane style.
 
Actually he called out MP for mis-treating a forum member deliberately and nothing happens to MP but Dana gets the time out, Hmmmmm.

Like I said, it was just for fun and it's not accurate. I apologize and wasn't attempting to cause harm or call anyone out.

The manner in which he called out MP was a bit disrespectful IMO.

Whatever happened bewtween Mike and the other guy is really nobody elses concern.
 
It is hard for me to imagine Mike treating anyone unfairly. He has always been the consummate professional on detailing forums. I don't recall ever seeing him type a harsh word. If he felt the need to take someone to task, chances are it was deserved and there were ample 2nd and even 3rd chances given to straighten up.

I think I saw that post and I thought it was rather disrespectful as well.

while this isn't directed towards mike.. you, i, or nobody else knows what goes on behind closed doors in any one situation or incident. sometimes the need for some to let others know about a particular incident is necessary in their eyes to let people know about his or her character if it wasn't good. everyone screws up at one time or another, nobody's perfect...

if i'm not mistaken, i think dana is a mod on another forum (you can catch him over there)
 
Really? So if something did happen between two people off the forums, are you suggesting that a 3rd party should come into Mike's place of employment and publicly call him out for what he sees as less than stellar behavior? Again, I've never seen Mike treat anyone unfairly on any forum. Why anyone would feel the need to publicly challenge him on any forum, especially here on AGO, is simply beyond my ability to comprehend. If that is really what happened, this Dana fella deserved to receive a ban. Hopefully the ban was temporary and hopefully he will eventually return when his ban is lifted with a new understanding of basic online forum decorum.
