Nick from AG just did me a HUGE favor!!!! He did not have to do this for me! As a matter of fact, he offered, I didn't even ask! :props: :props: :props: I've never dealt with a company with such outstanding customer service.

Let me clarify something. This thread is not a "make-up" thread for the one I started about a "competitor shipping products faster(which turned out not to be the case)", so let's keep that out of the discussion. FWIW, Nick had no idea I was the one who started the thread when I just talked to him.

I like to give credit when credit is due. This isn't the first time AG has went out of its way for me. Nice job!! :dblthumb2:

I still have a bad taste in my mouth from my Edge pads. Maybe one of these days I can get a 3403 and use them on a proper machine.

I have had similar stand-up experiences from other companies in this industry, I guess it has been a while since I've done some hearty business with AG. This forum alone is an incredible help, I'll definitely give them 2 buckets of credit for that.

You have to love a company that does what ever it takes to go the extra mile for its customers!
This is awesome for you Mark (even though I don't know the favor) I am not surprised that they did whatever necessary to make you happy as they are one fine organization.

Totally kidding - that type of stuff drives me nuts. From reading on the forums - AG seems to have awesome customer service. Would be very sad if someone reads this thread and expects the same just because you were spot lighting their wonderful customer service. If I offer to restore your headlights for $10 a headlight as a hook up...... don't run and tell everyone that you know that I restore headlights for $10!!!!

Ok guys, I can understand where it's a bit of a tease, and not tell why, so here goes.....What Nick did for me is a huge help. I placed a pre-order and Nick called me an told me that they're receiving the DA microfiber system at the end of this week. I asked him if there's a chance my order would ship out by this friday(west coast). I need the products for a detail by then.He said he wasn't sure, and I told him that if it doesn't ship by this Friday, I'm probably going to have to change my shipping option to 2nd or 3rd day air and I'll play it by ear. He didn't hesitate to say that he's going to change it to 2nd day air regardless when it ships. That's a $30 savings for me and it will get me the product when I need it. Honestly, that's pretty darned good customer service if you ask me. :dblthumb2:

I guess I was making it a bigger deal than it should be as far as telling why, but maybe AG will do this for everyone else that calls??? Call Nick, call Nick!:laughing:
