Meguiar's DA Microfiber System works ... but

I have a 2000 white Ford Taurus with moderate swirls, nothing to bad but noticeable. I used the MF system on the car last weekend. Used the system per the video by Jason Rose. Car turned out great. IMHO this is the best DA system thats been developed to date. NO DUSTING at all, wipe off is a breeze, just a really nice system to use. IF used for heavy defects you may need a little more aggresive approach, but for light to moderate defects, i think this is great. Well done Megs.

Well, there's always a rotary for HEAVY defects, but for DA's, you're not going to find anything that cuts and finishes better than the Meg's MF compound and cutting pads. JMO. :dblthumb2:

i remember doing my entire car (e46 competition m3) with the rotary with menzerna line and it came out amazing. i guess its like they say find something that works for you and perfect it. would the m3 CC be considered soft?
 
I personally love this system. I have used it on a few cars now. Subaru, Ford, Honda, Nd others. I loved how it cut and how it finished. I just used it on another members car so they could try it out. I am sure he liked the results enough that he will be buying it. The only thing I have noticed is hazing on black vehicles. However, I still use the compound and just finish with Mothers Foam Pad Polish with excellent results.

Does it cut like a rotary? No. Is it my favorite system for when I want to use my DA and not my rotary? Absolutely.
