adams detail spray causing film

I was thinking the common denominator might be they're all Mazda's!!

That's what I was thinking :D

I've used gallons of this stuff after polishing with Meguiars (only 105 though) and it works great on all sorts of different kinds of paint. Some people who use DS too much can actually get a film to build up on the paint if they use it too much without truly washing the car. One thing is to spray it on the towels and then wipe it on the paint. Also some people have got subpar results with lower quality microfiber. :props:

Is this thread still going? I thought it would have been all buffed off by now...

Can I have the 10 mins back in my life I just spent reading this thread?

I think this "Chick" applied the Detail Spray right after doing the polishing. If so, I can understand why this "Chick" is having issues.

Are you kidding? I've been waiting almost 2 months for a thread like this :)

Hmmm, how would applying QD after polishing cause this

Try this.............. get the car into cool temps(Shade/garage) mist the panel after you have used the Adam's QD with cool or cold DISTILLED water then do a final wipe and streaking from the QD will be eliminated.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA

Sorry to laugh at others expense...but this thread was just to damn funny.

Adams detail spray will cause that streaking if you use too much product or spray it on a hot surface or in direct sinlight. ALL products streak if you use too much or use in the sun.

The Adams detail spray is my absolute favorite detail spray (I have probably tried them all).

You just cannot argue with facts!! :props:

Actually Poorboy's S&W did quite well on warm panel compared to several other brand waterless washes. The other two would not dry streak free but PB's did dry well without extra fuss.

Al,

You're right!

This seems to be very common with many of Poorboy's World product. I've used several of their product and they work really well!

This thread sure has made an abrupt change. I hope Mazda Chick comes back :hungry:

I hope so too, you guys are boring....

Let me get this straight.

A product didn't work. But she's positive it isn't her process.

When asked about the process we're told "duh... it's common sense"

She's as friendly as a menstrual porcupine about the whole thing.

But she can't figure out why people didn't wanna help her?

Did I miss anything?

I <3 my Jeep

You know what? I've been sitting back watching this play out. But seriously, you guys are just being assholes about this now. Mods need to kill this thread.
